I’m here on vacations and I was really looking forward to eat here. To be honest, I didn’t have much faith in this restaurant because I thought it was a generic pasta restaurant, but it actually surpassed my expectations! It’s not the best italian food I’ve ever eaten but it was definitely a remarkable meal. I had the marsala chicken fettuccine and I highly recommend it. The sauce was light but full of flavor and the chicken was super moist! For dessert we had tiramisu and it is a must! The cream is super soft and delicious, you definitely have to try it.

Shrinkflation…Olive garden has really cut corners with their portions. Their food quality is not even close to what it used to be. The atmosphere was crowded and noisy. As we were being seated, one of the waiters told the hostess seating us “you could have waited to pass you know” in a harsh tone. I definitely felt uncomfortable. Courtney was our waitress and she is awesome sweet and attentive. The manager was very nice as well. However my tour of Italy was over microwaved and not edible. Utensils were visibly dirty. The soup was Watery bland and they even changed their recipe for the breadsticks! They were bland and the texture was different. The salad was very soggy and overly drenched. This location caters to tourists so I know they are busy but I’m really shocked and disappointed in the microwaved food

I give lots of kudos to this Olive Garden. Despite it being a little warm from the air conditioning struggling that day, we had a top notch experience. Food and service were wonderful. It was Saturday about 7pm and the wait for a party of 3 was about 15 minutes.

This location is very convenient, and waiting times are usually short. They have plenty of seating for small and large parties. This place is a hit or miss with the service. This time our server was Sabrina, and she was amazing! Extremely polite and she got everything perfect. The food was fresh, and super fast. It was tasty and very well portioned.

We love Olive Garden! Everything is usually pretty good, but this time the soups were very watered down. The server brought me another soup and it was also runny. Not sure what happened because I always love the Zuppa and the chicken dumpling, but today it was off. The tour of Italy had souce but the lasagna and chick parm was dry inside like it was sitting around too long. Service was ok but server seemed pretty new and not familiar with restaurant.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden, sat at the bar because they were on a wait, not a problem, we usually prefer bars anyway. We found the only 2 spots at the empty bar that were clean and sat for our meal. Our bartender didn’t introduce herself and just asked what we wanted to drink after loudly telling a coworker through the service window that her shift was almost over and that “Alex needs to stop prancing around the restaurant and get behind the bar” because “I want to f-ing go home” She asked us what we wanted to eat and after telling her we wanted the soup salad and breadsticks she rolled her eyes, presumably because they are lower priced and she would have to walk back and forth for refills. As pictured none of the dirty dishes at the bar top or the tables around the bar were bussed off or cleaned during the entire 45 minute visit. The manager even walked behind the bar for a comp and did nothing about the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding tables, nor did he ask us about our experience. I usually try to resolve any issues I have with the manager working on duty but seeing him walk back to the host stand without seeming to care about what was happening in that part of his restaurant led to this negative review.
