Not as friendly as usual but EXTREMELY busy for a weeknight. Server was very helpful when my daughter got sick and we had to pack up EVERYTHING and leave. Olive garden was not the reason she got sick. Just to hot outside. Ashley was a superb waitress and took great care of us!

My wife & I went out for our anniversary and agreed on Olive Garden, we were not disappointed. We had not been in this one in Gadsden since it opened and I will highly recommend it. We were immediately seated a d that young lady was very helpful and polite. Our waitress was great and very attentive to us and all her customers. The food, soup, & salad were all great. The restaurant was very clean & neat. Needless to say we will be back. Thanks for a great night.

We were seated fairly quickly even when the restaurant was busy. The food was honestly quite delicious, however the staff needed some help. Our waitress was very nice, but someone kept trying to take over her table which led to lots of confusion. I also ordered a bottle of white wine. They didn’t have any chilled, so the bartender just stuck a bottle from the shelf into an ice bucket and told our waitress to let us know it needed some time. She was already opening it when she got to the table, so I didn’t object. I should have though, as the very last glass of wine almost 40 minutes later was still hot. Paying $25 for a hot bottle of something I could have bought at Johnsons for $14 really made me mad. She didn’t even offer a discount when she noticed that neither of us were pleased. The bartender and wait staff definitely need more training.
