Ordered for pick up online so some of this is on me, but we ordered a steak off the “gluten free” menu, I thought we checked well enough before leaving the parking lot. But when we got home, found that said gluten free menu item WAS ON A BED OF PASTA. Menu did not state the side and pictured it with a side of broccoli (which if it was an option, Im pretty sure we selected it. Not only that but had the VERY clear instructions for someone with a gluten allergy on top of the box. So basically I paid $20 for an over cooked steak and could not eat anything thing else off the plate because of gluten and dairy avoidance. There were other issues with the order but everyone else was able to eat their full meal.

The chicken alfredo, broccoli and or salad, sent my wife to the ER with food poisoning. My wife ate here on her birthday this past Thursday and later that evening was really sick. She was so sick that she needed antibiotics due to elevated white blood count. So a happy birthday meal has now turned into an ER visit, hospital admission and of course the bill that comes along with it! ♂️ We have eaten at this restaurant in the past with no issues, in fact it’s always been her favorite place, until now. #eatwithcaution

I grew up going to Olive Garden when the world was a different place and restaurants like this one were the norm. If it weren’t for our server Heather I probably wouldn’t have written a review. Our family had a great experience and our service was fantastic. As restaurants struggle to find competent and caring staff to provide a halfway decent customer service experience, it is important to recognize and reward those that are still trying to provide some semblance of a decent human experience in a restaurant setting. The host at the entrance was nowhere to be found. Which was a little irritating, but other than that. Our waiter was super busy training and getting all her tables. She was great and had great service. The food was good and worth it.

Ordered fried mozzarella to start with. They are tiny squares, not sticks. They are ok but not any better than some you’d find in a freezer section. Salad and breadsticks were tasty. Veggies were fresh. We ordered tour of Italy, ravioli carbonara add shrimp, and a kids shrimp alfredo with fries. The tour of Italy was alright, with the chicken being a nice size and a good portion of lasagna. Good portion of alfredo. Alfredo was tasty. Ravioli carbonara with shrimp was very average. Nothing to write home about. The portions are good, but the prices are entirely too high. Its roughly $20ish per person. Kids food was good.

Took my wife to OG today. Noticed this big nasty looking hair in my food. I told the waitress who was very nice and apologetic. Then the manager came over to explain that there was some cleaning of the vent hood the night before and that it wasn’t a hair {whatever}. No apology no discount no nothing. Not a professional manager at all. I realize that mistakes happen but if you read the reviews you will find other instances exactly like this. I would not have left this review if management had handled this a little differently. I came home and cooked my own lunch. IF YOU EAT HERE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH.
