Went to restaurant on 8/29 at approximately 6 pm was seated in an area with other customers. Set for 20 minutes with waitress and waiter walking by. Not one ever stopped to welcome us or take our order. Was completely ignored. Others came and was waited on but not us. Very sad. We got up and left. Told the people out front what happened and never even got an apology. We like Olive Garden but will never return to that location. An apology would be nice.

We always go to Olive Garden, especially for special occasions. We are from Ohio and travel quite a bit , the food was great like always. Now the service on the other hand was AMAZING! It is our anniversary and Rachael our server was the best we have ever met. Besides the phenomenal service, she was extremely genuinely friendly. She added such a gracefulness to the meal. Marco, our server was the best! He was fast ND super personable. My 19 year old college student son was super happy that he was actually treated well and had a great experience at a restaurant. I guess typically staff at restaurants are not friendly to him probably because his age. But. We all really enjoyed our experience ❤️

A Friday night dinner spot for husband and I. The location, is less desirable then say HTC. But the wait was nonexistent! We walked in and got a table, server was at our table within minutes.

Wonderful dinner, great service! The salad did not disappoint. I had eggplant parm and it was fantastic and piping hot when they brought it out. The only downside was the breadsticks. Although tasty, they weren’t soft and fresh. As they cooled down, they became almost hard like bread that was put in the microwave too long. But everything else was on point!

Had dinner at this location tonight. The atmosphere was great! The vibe of the staff as a whole was refreshing! In an area of town where customer service is questionable most places it wowed us.
