This is my third time here! Yesterday 6/11/23 we ate dinner at this OG. I had my 3 adult sons together which happens infrequently so a great meal together is important to me. Diego was our server and I’m going to venture and say he has to be the best server you have. He was AMAZING! Even my sons said he was the best! Attentive, kind and definitely deserves praise! We will be back and hopefully Diego is there!

This new Olive Garden location is quite the asset to the Fox Cities area! I was able to experience it a day before the Grand Opening via an exclusive event and was very impressed with the menu selections, friendliness of the staff, and the food quality. The entire restaurant was clean and all staff were welcoming.

When we were first seated they were willing to let us move to a more comfortable spot. Terri was most excellent and attentive. I had quite a few requests and she was able to work with our family and accommodate our wants. Very friendly and our food was piping hot too! Compliments to the Chefs!!

We came there last night with a group of 15 celebrating my 10 year old daughter’s graduation from a special needs program. Our servers, Chloe and Trinity, were amazing! They took great care of us, and even gave special attention and a special dessert for my daughter. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience!

Well this was a very unpleasant lunch. I mean food is always good The atmosphere is always good unfortunately the service was horrible. When it was time to pay we had brand new gift cards that were activated to use at the Olive garden location after our total we totally waitress we want to use our gift cards we are total of three of them to cover everything. We get our total and it says we still owe $32 the waitress took all our gift cards came back with one said this one is empty which was fine cuz she used that one first The other two we never got back she left with them she came back and she told us they were no good that we all the difference. I requested to have my gift cards back waitress walks away saying a manager will be with you in 2 minutes. 10 minutes past no manager we go to the front we have to speak to the manager we explain what happened she goes back there comes back with both the gift cards and says to us oh I have no idea what happened that’s very strange. What strange is that the establishment trying to steal our gift cards $50 worth. So if you’re ever in a situation will they come to you at this location and tell you your gift cards are no good better watch out.

The food was great, service wasn’t the best. Our coasters were literally thrown at each guest at the table by server, we finished eating and never even got a refill of drinks ( unlimited drinks) ! When server finally stopped by our table she ask if we needed boxes to go, oh! At that point she offer drinks refill … we said yes, we’ll we payed on tablet at table and those drinks never made it to our table!

The parking lot looked full from College Ave but many spots, not seen from the road, we’re available. We were seated fairly quickly and our server, Leah, checked in with us to let us know she was moving fast and would be with us soon to get our drink orders. While our wait wasn’t really very long, the manager stopped by to apologize for the delay and offered us a free dessert. Thank you.

Was pleasantly surprised. Had not been back in years. In past the sauses, did not sit well on my stomach.. Had soup and salad. Chili was not traditiona. It had carrots, celery, and noodles, but it was very tasty. Chicken soup was also very good. I will go back.

We ate at the new Olive garden on CE in Appleton. Not as nice as the Grand Chute location. More like family seating instead of a cozy atmosphere. Service was ok but refills on anything we had to track or server down. Food was pretty good.
