Stopped in today to kill some time and fill our bellies. Our server Alyssa was great. She was very friendly and patient with our table. My daughter was acting out, and each time Alyssa came to the table, she was so polite and sweet with my daughter, and it calmed her down right away. I really appreciate her spirit and positive attitude. The food was also very delicious. We enjoyed our visit and food. Thank you, Alyssa!

This location of Olive Garden is the best in all Plainfield,Bolingbrook,Joliet locations when it comes to service. The wait time was very long though. I highly suggest you to put yourself in waitlist until maybe you get your shopping done. Our helper MO was amazing, very attentive and friendly. I tried their Chicken Shrimp Carbonara , the pasta and shrimp tastes great but Chicken was very bad. So I suggest you to get this dish without the chicken. I also tried their Shrimp Fritto Misto it was delicious. It is lightly battered fried shrimp and peppers.

I took my niece and mother, per their request, to Olive Garden in Orland Park for their birthday dinner. My niece was my mom’s first grand child who surprisingly was born on her birthday, and my niece was turning 18, so this dinner was special. When we arrived at 1pm, I spoke to the manager and requested a birthday song and two cakes. I watched staff celebrate another guest’s birthday who arrived later than we did. After lunch, the waitress ruined the surprise by asking my family if they wanted a birthday cake. even after I had already requested them. Then she looked at me and me if I was ready to sing the birthday song with her? No fanfare or surprise like the other table. When I asked her why the other employees didn’t join in her response was “we’re busy.” Also, my food wasn’t prepared correctly and the waitress said that it depends on which cook is in the kitchen that determines how the recipe is followed. Whattt??? My Zuppa Toscana soup had no Kale (all potatoes), among other issues. We didn’t feel entitled to the celebration but were disappointed, since it takes less than a minute to sing a birthday song. This was a disappointment and I will never return to this restaurant.
