The restaurant is beautiful, all the decorations and atmosphere is just spotless. It is classier then other locations for sure. You can only enter from one side and one direction, which is inconvenient if you are coming from Costco. So getting in is kinda inconvenient. There was plenty of parking when we went there. Our server was super nice and friendly. We did feel rushed though. We got our salad, soup and appetizer pretty fast and then very shortly after got our our food. We hadn’t even started on our pre food yet. That being said the food was really fresh and tasty, except for the fact that the chicken was not cooked all the way so we had to return the Chicken Alfredo. The manager offered to prepare another one for us to take with us, free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Overall had a good experience.

We’ve gone to quite a few Olive Gardens through the years. Joliet opened up a Olive Garden and the food is very good. Appetizer of Calamari which was so tender, I could have cut with a plastic fork. Hubby ordered Chicken Marsala which he loves, and I order the Salmon with asparagus, instead of broccoli. The Chef makes it so good. We have gone 3 times so far and the food has been excellent every time!! Our waitress is named Madison, go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal! Came here during the soft opening and loved it! The food was spectacular and the new restaurant was gorgeous. Our server was Keko and she was extremely kind, attentive and gave great recommendations for our appetizer, soup and entree. We got to meet various members of management during our dinner and everyone was so nice. Can’t wait to come back! Glad to finally have an Olive Garden nearby!

We went for lunch around 11am on a Thursday. We were seated right away but it immediately started filling up fast. By the time our meal ended there was a wait to be seated. The food was actually decent. This is the most basic of meals. Nothing fancy or authentic, but most of it tasted good and the service was good. The tosted ravioli was not great but we liked the crispy chicken alfredo and the chicken parmesan, but not as much as just making it ourself at home. The salad was good and the breadsticks were soft and yummy. I love the floor to ceiling window in the front. That’s where we sat. I didn’t really care for using the tablet for everything, but that’s the future I guess. It has a call server button so you don’t have to wait for refills, you can just notify through the tablet. Total ticket was $75 for 2 dinner entres, an appetizer and 2 drinks, including tip. I’m not sure the price is right, as I feel like there are much better places to eat for $75 but if you’re hungry heading into costco it might be worth it, but I think I’d rather get a slice of pizza from the food court and spend $72 on costco stuff. ♀️

The joint wuz jumpin’ on a Monday afternoon! Lovely atmosphere (although I prefer the oldskool) Food was on point, per uge..homegirl forgot the bread sticks till the last minute tho. It might help to not drop the food and scurry off ♀️ it’s like, girl hold up, I wanted parmesan on my salad! I wanted that cherry on top foreal! Other than that, fine meal, real exquisite We added on the $6 take home meal too which is noice

We had a party of 8. Would have liked to have been able to make reservations, but apparently Olive Garden doesn’t do that, so there was a wait, but since we were there at an off time (2 pm on Saturday) it wasn’t too long of a wait. The food was really good, the waitress did not rush us out, which was very much appreciated. So glad we now have this location open! We were not disappointed in our first visit to this new OG!
