What a great dinner at Olive Garden! When we arrived close to 7:45p the line was long. The nice hostess gave us the option to eat at the bar at a table. My husband and loved the option to eat at the bar at a perfectly fine table. The bartender was our server and she was fantastic! She handled all of our drinks and dinner! I had the classic spaghetti and meatballs while my husband had the eggplant parmigiana. We both got Olive Garden salads and it was delicious!

The dinner I had on 6/10/23 with some of the women in my family was quite enjoyable. Our server Nigeria knew alot about their menu, was friendly, and the food was delicious. The manager even stopped by our table for a warm chat with lots of laughs. Our family loves Olive Garden for their food but we love going to this one in the St. Louis area for the extra touch of their special service.

I haven’t been to this particular Olive Garden in over 15 years (moved away) and it is still one of the best! We only had a 15 to 20 minute wait at around 6pm on a Saturday evening for 3 people and I’ve got to say that’s pretty amazing! The service was spectacular thanks to our server Tiffany and the food was amazingly delicious, I definitely recommend!!

The food was good and game in a timely manner. Our server, Nigeria was absolutely the best. She explained everything, was attentive to all our needs. The issue was management. I get it that they want your entire party there before seating. We had reservations for 20. Now you have all these people gathered around the entry doors in the way. We had 3 elderly ladies with walkers and canes, now add that to the crowd. Also we were not told this when the reservation was made. There were 15 of us there, was told by the manager (8/12/2023) that if the others came they could not sit with us. We decided to go ahead and be seated with the 15 since we were now 30 minutes past our reservation time. The table they seated us at only sat 16 people so if all 20 of us were there at that time, they couldn’t sit at the table with us anyway. The other 5 did showed up shortly after we were seated and we had a good time. The occasion was a tea party for our Pastors wife. My thoughts—-more people, more money for the restaurant and the waitress. Always say what you can do to accommodate never what you cannot do. Be sure whoever takes the reservation explains all the details upon arrival. All those people crowded at the front door is horrible, issues getting in and out . There has to be a better system. There are many restaurants we could have chosen that serve the same food, customer service is key!!!!!!

When I tell you olive garden say your what time your food will be ready., it’s ready. The young lady that brought me my food was very polite. She greeted me with a smile and asked if I was ms. Patricia starks. The food was hot and tasted fantastic. I had enough for two days. Thank you olive garden for great service. Will differently recommend you to family and friends.

I have never walked out of a restaurant before in my life, until this evening. After waiting 20-25 mins to be seated due to lack of staff, we couldn’t get a server. My husband and I sat at our table waiting for someone to at least come take our drink order. About 5 minutes after we were seated, a woman was seated by herself at another table nearby. Her party had not arrived yet, however, within seconds a server showed up to take her drink order. I told the server we were ready to order. She told me she’d go get our server. A gentleman came out and immediately walked up the the table where the woman was sitting by herself and he apologized for not being in sooner, then proceeded to try and take her order. She was telling him that she already had a server and that we needed one. We also were telling him that we were his table. I promise you, he ignored us and walked out of the area. I grabbed my phone and told my husband that we were leaving. Sadly, because I was really wanting Olive Garden. The waiter walked back in as we were walking out and offered to serve us. I was already not happy with how we kept getting ignored and how long it took to be seated, so we left. I made sure to let the manager know when I left, why we were leaving. In a very cheerful voice they responded, “Okay, I’m sorry.”
