Food was great. Our sever was what made everything great. Here is my complaint. Only 2 of us ate. I understand restaurants adding a tip for large parties. I am upset. My husband and I always tip and tip well. We ate at Olive Garden today. Really enjoyed our young server. I put a sizable tip down on the table. I like to use cash on the table. That way the server can claim their tip or not. I think of a tip as a gift, not wage. I believe restaurants using tips as wages is just wrong!! She asked us to pay with the kiosk. I don’t like to use the kiosk. I like to look my paper receipts over. I almost missed the 13.41 cent tip being 18% added to our check. I had put $15.00 on the table. If I hadn’t had time while drinking a coffee to look at my emailed receipt, I wouldn’t have noticed the 13.41 added to our check. Olive Garden added a tip for us. I googled OG tips company does this whether one person or 10 eat. Since when is it my place to pay this restaurants wages to their servers. I am paying a good price for their food. OG is not cheap eating either. I picked up my 15.00 but mentioned to the server why I picked up my table tip, not wanting her to think she did something wrong. I could tell she was aware of the added tip to our bill by her reaction. I will not go back. I will not have a restaurant dictating if I tip or not. I will not accept that added tip is because some people don’t tip! I will not be forced to pay what has been and still should be considered a gift. Our server actually got a little less tip because of her employer’s way getting us to tip. Do check your bill when eating here. Food was great ruined by poor business practices

Went for a late lunch, had to wait for couple of minutes to be seated. Everything was great, our waitress was very good, lot’s of choices on the menu. Wife is a vegetarian. She had no problem finding what to eat.

Our food was excellent, and the service was on point. We didn’t feel rushed, but our server, William L, was right there at exactly the right time, every time. As good as our experience was, William L made it even better by chasing us down in the parking lot after my husband left his wallet at the table. Thank you, Olive Garden and William L!

They gave us a nice huge round table in our own room. The food was excellent as always. The server wasn’t the most gracious or prompt but she was fine. Our family spends the same or more at chik fila but we get a lot more food at the Olive Garden, and of course you get all the quality Italian cuisine.

So we’re sitting at Olive Garden waiting for a table. It’s 3:55pm & we’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes. They said a couple of minutes when came in. While there are 5 employees standing at the hostess stand talking. After 15 minutes we left & went to Outback where we were immediately seated. They like Olive Garden weren’t busy at 4:00pm but we were immediately seated & waited on.

Even the 8 year olds we had with us went on about how friendly she was and that she seemed to genuinely like her job. I was in there and had the most pleasant experience. Tinleigh was absolutely delightful at the front and was the sweetest girl to speak with. Our waiter Jake was a complete darling as well. I cannot wait to come back to Olive Garden and see everyone again!

We didn’t realize there was an up charge on the soup, salad, and bread sticks for the supper crowd. But it was great food, no regrets and the service was excellent. Our waitress helped us practice our Spanish, which h was a plus.
