Late. Igor dinner takeout. We order within the last hour of closing time and the food was good and fresh. We revived large portions compared to normal time. Typically I always feel takeout get less food. The soup and salad are the best thing this restaurant offer, the eggplant parmigiana away okay. I probably won’t purchase it again because it became soggy from the steam and that made it hard to eat when I got home. The mushrooms chicken was delicious and the gnocchi soup as well.

Relaxed dining is not available at 4 in the afternoon. The server gave us plastic cutlery (They weren’t even good plastic.), brought our entrees only a short time after she served our salads and asked us to pay our entrees shortly after serving due to shift change. While paying, the entrees got cold. There were no seasonal menu choices, just a few chicken and seafood regulars and a meat sauce for spaghetti. This chain was a favorite restaurant but no more.

My server was the best. She was happy, attentive and very helpful. In fact, after I ate I asked to see the manager. Of course the manager thought I was going to complain about something. When I told her how wonderful my server was, she just beamed. The food was good, but the service was excellent.

I don’t remember our server name, but a very sweet young lady. Was so kind on waiting until we know what we wanted. She came back and check on us. Food came out at a decent time. Didn’t take long. It was clean and it wasn’t one of their busy nights so the wait time was about 15 maybe 10 minutes wait. Wasn’t super crowded. It was honestly good. I can’t wait to go back. Salad was good. Their bacon on my husband pasta was cook well. Chicken tasted good.

I never do this; I never complain, and, as someone who’s worked in food service for years, I never try to be a nuisance. However, my grandmother and I just had probably the worst dining experience of my life and so I felt the need to share in hopes that this is constructive and helps this place improve their guest experience because the experience we had was truly awful and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

The Lasagna Classico was really tasty! I was a part of a large group, so the servers were pulled in many directions; however, they did well. The only downside is that we were sitting really close together and the A/C was not circulating well, so it was a little warm. All in all, we had a good time and I would go there again.

I can’t quite remember our waiters name, Shaun/Shane but he was exceptional from the beginning of our meal till the end. Everything came to the table rather quickly and the flavors were perfect. Our food was the perfect temperature and was delicious. Got donuts to go and they were phenomenal as well. We will be back to this location!
