Olive Garden used to be a great restaurant to go to. Now it seems like everything comes out of a can or package and is just preheated in the back the food was nothing extraordinary. They did happen to make my drink, correct which is a shock.

This is a good Olive Garden location, well managed and clean and ample parking including to-go parking and a to-ordering desk. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday afternoon and the service was adequate. The food was actually good, fresh and well cooked. I wish the salad was a little more evenly chopped but it wasn’t too bad. The portions for the chicken Parmesan lunch order was adequate and tasted good, and I think the scampi is recommend too. I wish their plates looked a bit more cleaner, I think it is time for them to update it. They have a waiting area and they didn’t let us get reservations ahead of time for 6+ people. I like their payment tablet that’s on the table, makes splitting a check and paying much easier and I believe you can order from there too. They have contactless payment on that tablet as well. I’ll recommend this location if you are looking for a good Olive Garden to eat at.

Five Cheese Ziti al Forno was was tomato cheesey goodness. I added chicken for some extra protein. The toscana soup is my favorite. The sausage, potatoes, and kale are a delicious trio. Also, you can never have enough bread sticks.

Our server was excellent! Made us at home comfortably and provide information on all available menu items. My son and I went there for lunch and had a great time. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was great and the endless salad and soup bar was great.

Nice Olive Garden, it gets busy but they seat you quick. The chicken Gnocchi is always good, can’t go wrong with that. I got the tour of Italy, and was quite full! Always puts me in a food coma. The bread sticks weren’t as good but overall the service and other items on the menu we ordered were great!

I cannot thank this Olive Garden’s staff enough for the wonderful food and service provided to my family and me. We chose this place to come together to eat after my father’s memorial. They even have a semi-private room where we were able to have some privacy and quiet as we spoke of my father’s life over just wonderful food and drinks. The wait staff and management were so accommodating. It made for a memorable experience. I will be returning often!

OG is one of our all-time favorite restaurants! This specific location is much like all the others: never a disappointed meal, friendly service, quick meal prep. The only thing I might recommend is checking the restroom cleanliness/stock more often. The last few times we’ve gone, the stalls were out of toilet paper, and there was usually trash on the floor.

Prior to my visit to this OG,I hadn’t visited an olive garden in double digit years! I was mistreated so badly by my server,years ago in downtown Austin,that I never wanted to return to one!! HOWEVER,THIS LOCATION ROCKS!! I was so delighted at the difference in the way that I was treated as a customer!! The entire staff that I interacted with was so customer service friendly! A lady ,who had another table,saw that I had just a short wait for my meal,and offered me a beverage. I was not only shocked,but my opinion of this restaurant was changed in ONE encounter!! I would recommend THIS LOCATION!! to anyone that wants to be treated like a friend over for a meal,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!… OH,and my meal was OFF THE CHARTS!! I would give that chef all five stars!! Olive garden on Research Blvd ! You now have a customer for life!!
