Olive Garden is always pretty consistent no matter where you go so you get what you expect and the price is not bad compared to similar restaurants. We always love the salad and breadsticks. The service is really good here and nice waitresses that always check up if you need anything else.

Had a great time here. Loved the food, service was great. The location is perfect for us. So glad Olive Garden is in Saratoga Springs! The atmosphere was nice. Bathrooms were clean. I look forward to coming again. They have a separate entrance for the take out which I thought is really smart!

Love Olive Garden food! Lupita was awesome! Only downside was the booth was in a little alcove and it was really dark and a little depressing to sit there. But otherwise still a great place to eat!

Family friendly and food was delicious! Friendly and attentive staff, too. We had seafood alfredo, shrimp alfredo, spaghetti meatballs, cheese pizza with fries, mac and cheese, and unlimited soup and salad. We had a lovely family dinner there. We would definitely go back.

It really was a great experience with one exception our waitresses just totally forgot about us after we received our meals. We had 2 orders of never ending soup & salad although we didn’t need a second selection of soup or salad she never asked if we wanted another selection or refilled our drinks. It felt like thanks for your business see ya. The waiter serving the two tables on either side of us was very efficient and quit pleasant he checked on them twice once there meals were served and boxed up there leftovers after.

Came to this location for the first time. Normally I go to AF so this was fun to try out. It’s super new so it’s real busy on a Thursday during a holiday week. 1.5 hour wait but not a big deal considering. If you’re like me you’ll notice a huge difference than AF as far as the ambiance. I like it a lot more where there is some division between groups so you feel more intimate with your party. It also seems like it’s maybe half the size of AF so it may help explain the long wait times. I may be biased but the food I always order seemed to taste better here. Maybe because it’s new everything is by the book. The service was also really good. I could tell that the waiters are kind of getting into their groove together as they acclimate. I think I’ll only return to this location now after today. We will check in a lot sooner next time.

We love this Olive Garden and have dined here regularly over the last few months. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside. It strikes the right balance of feeling grand and classy while also feeling warm and inviting. Unlike most of the eateries in this area the seating space is ample and offers both an intimate environment and the ability to accommodate large groups. Best of all, we have received above average excellent and friendly service every time we’ve visited. From the hosts, the waiters/waitress, and the floor managers, they have always taken great care of us. Thanks Olive Garden Saratoga Springs!

The people working here have done an amazing job opening this store!! It ran so smoothly and everything was great! We got the fettuccine chicken Alfredo and the chicken shrimp carbonara! Both were great! Salad and chicken gnocchi soup were also great!! Our waitress was super sweet too!
