This Olive Garden was GREAT. We came in late one night after visiting the nearby outdoor theater, and were serviced by an awesome waitress. She was very bubbly and had great food recommendations. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the meatball rigatoni that she recommended, it was incredible.

Went for a birthday and had a party of 8. The staff was wonderful and got everything correct. They made sure our drinks were always full. The food it self was delicious! It was a Friday night so the restaurant was busy but the staff didn’t put off any stress vibes.

For the most part the food at this particular Olive Garden is on par with any other Olive garden I’ve ever eaten at. I always enjoy the chicken parmesan along with fettuccine alfredo. Something seems to be different with the breadsticks though these days. I have been told that somebody new is producing them for Olive Garden, but I have not confirmed that. You’ve got to eat the breadsticks when you first get them or they seem to lose their saver as soon as they begin to cool off. The salad is always delicious. On this particular visit, we were assigned a brand new server. I understand that people need to learn, but the service was subpar. It could be that the server was assigned too many tables or just has not been trained yet to be attentive. We had to ask the bus boy to get us refills and fresh bread sticks. Maybe a good fix for this kind of situation would be to have new servers work a little bit longer with a trained server. We were sitting next to a table with 10 people at it and the server was constantly seeing to their needs. Our server visited our table only a couple times. I’m sure this person will excel at their duties as they find the rhythm that this job requires. I don’t believe in giving bad tips when service is not up to par unless the server is rude. This person was not rude and was apologetic for the lack of attention. So we did give them a 20% tip. I will definitely go back. But I’ll probably ask for a more experienced server. The only other negative is the kiosk would not work. I love the convenience of paying right at the table because you don’t have to wait to receive your bill, and you don’t have to wait for your bill to be processed after you give your server your card or cash.

UPDATE: Just had an amazing dinner experience. Quick, warm greeting at the door. Seated immediately. Drinks right away. But the best thing was our food. Served hot. Great job by our server Marcus who had two other larger parties at the same time.

We were so hungry and it was Christmas Eve – we went 15 mins before closing and they treated us so kindly and let us in . The waitress Ms Emma was so incredibly kind. The way she served food was commendable. We had kids food served so well and our food was out of the world. The food was awesome , Emma’s kind way of serving and sweet smile made us so happy and bright after a tiring day of hiking and adventure 🙂
