Hey my names Lorenzo and I’m a chef, I believe the pasta could’ve tasted better if it was more delicate. The texture is rubbery. Also the water taste like sink, for the price I believe customers deserve alkaline water which is otherwise cheap and can help to avoid the sink water taste.

The waiters and manager were top notch! Our waiters were so friendly, answered our questions, kept up with refills, and were so attentive. They didn’t make me feel bad for asking for extra sauce, cheese, and to-go drinks. It has really come up in the last couple of years & you get good food and great service now. Years ago when I came it felt like I was a bother so we started going to Cerritos but last time we felt like that so decided to come here. Glad we did!

It’s a clean place but our service was slow & service is 50% of the experience if say so myself. Example the Waiter should be able to bring everything to the table the customer asked for plus checking that everyone has everything they need to start eating, lastly refills should be offered during eating & not wait for the customer to ask 4 it plus bringing them at the end of the meal was very unprofessional. Thieves, nothing but a bunch of thieves work here from server to managers. Be careful when paying with your card here make sure to take pictures of your receipts for proof. They will rob you of your hard earned money. I got charged a $20 tip I left in cash onto my card. On my receipt I made sure to write in $0.00 where it asks for a tip, and made sure to write the total amount as the same amount as the total of the bill. There was no reason for my charge to have an extra $20 dollars tacked on to it. I have spoken to two managers about the situation both never gave me a call back and one even kept the original receipt and handed me the copy they had showing the new total with the $20 dollars added on to it. It’s been 20 days now and still nothing. Save your money the food isn’t all that great here either our previous visit here made my wife sick from eating the fettuccini Alfredo. This is really frustrating and disappointing. I used to love to come to this restaurant with my family when I was younger. Now as an adult nothing but bad experiences. Doubt I’ll give this restaurant a third chance.
