I’m a big fan of Olive Garden! But unfortunately Tuesday evening I had an unpleasant experience with the Hostess. You can only imagine I didn’t even stay I just left because who wants to eat at a place where you get disrespectful response from the hostess when you simple asked to be seated. I understand they were busy and I was being patient even when another guest got in front of me and cut me in line.

We had a pleasant evening at this establishment, the customer service is very good, restaurant was clean and comfy, and it was good value for money. Why one star? Simply because this chain is lying to you. Italian born and bred here and you won’t find anything which can even remotely resemble Italian food. If you looking for real Italian kitchen then you better look somewhere else.

When eating out lately, it’s hit and miss around town. But this spot consistently provides good food for reasonable prices. Server was amazing. I forgot that servers used to actually put food in to go containers for you- somehow felt like a treat not having to pack my own leftovers. The only drawback was that it’s so wildly popular that seating can be a bit cramped- but I’d take that over disappointing food and bad service.
