This was my first time ever trying Olive Garden and I was simply blown away by the great staff you have working for your restaurant. From the beautiful greeted smile given by Destiny, to the amazing service given by Joseph and Solomon. Also by the young bus boy cleaning the tables. I will love to give Joseph ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He really made me and my friends visiting from California feel so comfortable, important and really happy. He was kind,funny and just genuinely friendly. I honestly wish that there were more waiters/host like him out there because I would go back but I’ve recommended this Kapolei location to my family and friends and we’ll all be back for sure. Thank you Olive Garden Kapolei for hiring such amazing staff and thank you Joesph for the good vibes and amazing service!!.

Hadn’t been to this location in several months, but I’m glad I returned. Michael was my server and he provided great service. My go to is chicken gnocchi soup but I wanted to try the chicken tortelloni alfredo and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Michael was very attentive and is the reason for the 5 star rating.

We were pleasantly surprised, but wish our server check on us more often as we had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The salad is very basic (mostly iceberg lettuce and huge chunks of onion), soups are great and hot fresh breadsticks are always a winner. Meatballs and lasagna fritta were delicious. We went at first opening and appreciated that they welcomed us, even if we were a few minutes early. The place filled up pretty quickly, so I’d advise reservations or go on weekdays for lunch. We definitely will be back! Lots of parking and easy to find:)

First time visiting this location and have Olive Garden in a few years. The overall mood of the staff was very pleasant. My hostess was nice and found us a table quickly. My server was very nice and attentive. My food came out in a timely manner and was very hot! Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back again. I had the Tour of Italy and it was very good. The only negative was the bugs outside while we were eating. Other than that, great service and food.

Went here with a friend today. He paid, so that part was cool. Service was very warm and friendly… the food wasn’t worth the price, in my opinion. The dining room was also above average in the noise department… I’d go back but not in my favorite list.

Excellent experience! Food was delicious. Portions were HUGE. But even above that… Our service was outstanding. Anthony (our server) made sure to check in periodically just enough to be attentive but not too much. He was knowledgeable about menu items, extremely friendly and easy to chit chat with. He interacted with all members of our table including the children which they also appreciated. We have a son with ADHD that was a bit hyper and had a million questions and Anthony was just awesome making him feel heard but also making sure he listened to our requests as parents and suggesting options from there. We really enjoyed his service. Every time he came to our table he made us feel like the most important guests in the restaurant which was really nice. (I can imagine he does this with all of his tables which to me is part of what makes him an excellent waiter). Any time we needed something he brought it right out, without having to wait or remind him. (Mind you this was a Saturday night around 6pm so I can imagine he was servicing quite a few tables at once) If you’re planning to visit this Olive Garden (Kapolei Parkway) location I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND requesting ANTHONY as your server to get the most out of your dining experience.

Had an amazing time here. Service was amazing and the food was great! Haven’t had Olive Garden since moving to the island a few years ago, so it was nice getting a mainland treat. We had about an hour wait when we got here, but it was around 4pm on a Saturday so I guess its to be expected.

Had a ladies lunch with 12 of my Red Hatter friends. Their meals were tasty and delicious. The service was awesome, friendly and caring. We started at 11:30am during the busy lunch hour. A bit too noisy for me because of loud yelling kids at next table. Next time I go will be a bit later, say starting a little after 1 pm when they are less busy. We will be back.

Our timing for an early dinner worked out great!! There was no wait and our waitress Tasia was the best! She was friendly, very informative on the menu and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Her helpers Naia and Anthony were awesome too! You can bet that we’ll be back again and certainly see if we can get Tasia to help us again!!
