Chicken Scampi is the bomb, they have a soup that I never had before called the Zuppa Toscana its a little spicy, but very good! Me and my wife ate in the bar area because it was very busy in the general seating area if you have kids. Our waitress was friendly & attentive, bathrooms was clean too.

This is by far one of the worst customer service I’ve received from a restaurant. My bf and I decided to eat here for dinner and was told 15-20 mins for table. 35-40 mins go by and there are several other parties and couples getting seated before us. When I decided to talk to the hostess she told us that the bar area is open and just needed to be wiped down if we didn’t want to wait any longer. Personally just felt like the option could of been offered earlier rather than going up to ask to see. The food was good although the customer service completely ruined this dinner for us.

We had to wait even though there were plenty of available tables and only like 4 other groups. The breadsticks didn’t come out until right before we got our food and they were greasy with hard edges. Iced coffees were insanely sweet. We could barely do more than a couple sips. The marinara sauce was also very salty and I could barely eat a third of it. The kid’s fries were soggy. The kid’s spaghetti was terrible too and overcooked. Everything was absurdly priced. I’m 100% confident I could’ve prepared all that by myself with minimal effort and it would’ve cost a third of the price

Horrible service. Huge delay in service between salad and entree and now one of the three entries is missing in action (the server grabbed the wrong plate). Two dishes have been served, but the third person is now waiting for the past 10 minutes (I think they prepared the wrong entree). When I made a comment about all these the delays, the server got all offended and told me that the kitchen is backed up and if I don’t have patience, I can go to other restaurants around. It’s 2:30pm… hardly a lunch rush to excuse all this. One thing is sure, though; I will most certainly choose ANY other restaurant in the future. And this is the second time (I was here only once before) I had a bad experience here. Last time, we were seated in a section with no waiter assigned for another hour… we sat there for 20 min waiting. If you are craving pasta, go to any other place where your business will be appreciated.

One of my favorite places to eat but this location is on point! My friend and I went for a dinner here a few days ago and service was impeccable. The server was very attentive, very courteous and so were all the rest of the employees. Food was so delicious as usual and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, worth every penny in my opinion. I wish I had gotten the server’s name but I appreciate them all for feeding me and treating me well

Great place in general. Laid back atmosphere and never once felt like I was rushed. Had a wonderful lunch; experimented with the meatball pizza bowl and the wife had the chicken piadina, off of the lunch Duo and definitely a great price for the quality of food. Wonderful waitress and a great experience with Olive Garden. Highly recommended for the family and just a good quality place to hang out. The bar area is really nice too, not the typical look.
