Normally I don’t do reviews but today I think one is warranted. My ordering experience started out great. I easily ordered on the slice app and my food came in a timely manner even during dinner rush. The delivery driver was great as always and is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I ippend my hoagie to barely had any meant, was missing the cheese completely and was more toppings than anything else. I called the restaurant to ask if it could be remade and got an attitude from the start telling me that I was wrong and he made and he knew it was right. He then proceeded to put the phone down (without putting me on hold) and talked to his coworkers about how I was lying. Then proceeded to get back on the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got told he was one and I’ll get my remake when I get it and hung up the phone. This is the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. Because of the one employee it makes me want to never order here again.

Pizza with a passion! From the minute Ray answered the phone I knew I chose the right place to order on a fall Sunday. My son and I were in for a treat! He was not only excited for my selection but ensured me he would make it with love. The team not only went above my expectations but he suggested how to build my order, so I could save a little money. He added a couple tenders for my son, leaving me with me more Philly Cheesesteak pizza lol. He took my order over the phone with a smile on his face and greeted me when I came in to pick it up. Hospitality at a pizzeria cheese was well portioned, meat season and crust had a golden crust – cooked to perfection. Wings were truly mild and my sons tenders were crispy! Our order left our stomachs full and wallet with some cash left. All you can ask for and they nailed the customer service aspect as well. You don’t get that anymore, thank you Ray and the team! Def order there again. Created some repeat business with that experience!

Ordered lunch for our work today. Salad was awful. Cucumbers and tomatoes had obviously been frozen. Salad tasted stale. They forgot the ranch we paid extra for was forgotten. I called them and the guy told me “the delivery driver has a lot of deliveries, so it would be silly for me to send him back for just ranch.”. Needless to say, our company won’t be returning.

Thick crust pizza was hard. French fries were hard and I ordered cheese but there wasn’t much and it was crusty. Provolone sticks were overdone and also hard. That will be the last time I ever order from them!!! I suggest everyone look elsewhere for your pizza and appetizers!!!

These people are rude and ignorant and possibly clinically insane. I live in the country and my car recently broke down. They will deliver to my neighbor who literally lives 5 feet up the exact same driveway because she used to deliver for them, but Al told me they wouldn’t deliver to me. I asked if I could walk to the church about half mile out the road, but he refused. So I called back and placed the order with Phil using the church’s address, and I walked out there to meet them. Al pulls into the church parking lot, circles around me giving me a dirty look. He rolls his window down and said “aren’t you the girl I told we wouldn’t meet?” I said “yeah but my car broke down last week and I’m starving.” He called me a liar, rolled up his window and drove off with my order. I called the store to report the incident and Phil also called me a liar and said Al was right to take back my food. These people are crazy don’t order from them.

This may be my new favorite pizza joint! A little expensive, but oh so yummy! Picked up hot and fresh, witha super friendly staff as well. Very clean inside, easily accessible, close parking. We ordered wings and pizza, super satisfied with both!

Pizza and breadsticks were black and hard as a rock! Called washington to get my food re made and the shift manager told me that thats how they always make their food!!! Unless you like burnt to a crisp DO NOT ORDER!

Usually have good service here but not today placed an order for delivery and after it was delivered realized the grilled chicken ceaser salad wasn’t there. Called to let them know and they told us we had to come and get it they weren’t sending a driver back out here. If we went to pick it up they would give us our salad and a free dessert and we said no it was your mistake could we get a refund the girl asked her manager and he said no that is not how we do it. When you call in your order it’s always so loud there and they can’t here you. I’m not sure I will continue giving this place my service.

Odererd a whole flying pig and a grilled fish sandwich on the phone at 515 today. Was told a half hour for pick up. Went a half hour later to pick up my food. Waited in line before even being waited on. Was told my order would be done soon. 10 minutes later I see my order being made. That’s over an hour after I placed it over the phone. I finally get my order at 645. When I mentioned the wait the clerk knocked the bill from 31.90 to 24.00. I get home opened my order and everything is burnt. The fish sandwich was so burnt my wife threw it out it was uneditable. $12.00 for a burnt fish sandwich
