The building is really unique for the area and really stands out. I tried the Slaw Dog at the recommendation of a friend and was pleased that I did. Great place for lunch and casual dining. One thing to be aware of – Oliver’s closes between 2 PM and 5 PM daily which isn’t reflected in the online profiles. They will turn people away as we saw this happen to others that arrived after 2 PM.

Liquid is hit or miss, and it seems to depend on who’s working. Some of the wait staff are slow and incompetent, but Kalli is always great. The beer is always cold, and the salads, wraps, and appetizers are good. I really like the burger, it’s definitely the best in this area (not a hockey puck) and cooked to order, and the green beans used to be AMAZING, but the last two times they’ve been awful (had a strong metallic taste).

One of my daughter and I’s favorite places. My kiddo asks to eat there even when we are out of town, as she is still too young to understand it’s too far away. Food is great, building is an old church and interesting to look at.

This is now called Oliver’s on Sturgeon. We ate there this evening in a group of 16 and was a wonderful experience. The food was tasty, the portions were generous and the service was great. We’ll be back as soon as possible.
