We ate around 10 am and started off with Biscuits were old and hard, but they still served them anyways. We sent them back and the server DID take them off our ticket but we really really wanted Biscuits and Gravy this morning. Anyways we were not at all pleased with the Chicken Fried Steak or the Beef Fajita meat which I added to my veggie omelette for easier ordering. We ate some and left more but we won’t be returning. People who worked there were nice though.

It was an ok place to eat. The personality of the guy taking our order was meh. The food seemed to have fresh ingredients but not a lot of flavor(I had huevos a La mexicana with hashbrowns and beans) they do not put any seasoning at all which could be a good thing for some but no spunk to it for sure lol. The pancakes were good. They take only cash so be mindful of that cause we didn’t know. My husband said his burrito was about the same, meh, not terrible but nothing to it. So depends on what you like. Food came out fairly fast but we were one of the only people in there besides another man.

I’m somewhat a regular but the last 2 times I went food was not all that good. I order a Barbara burrito and they just put big chunks of meat on it plus there was hair on my tortilla, so I went and got menudo another time and the meat was tuff will not be returning.

Quite busy on Sunday morning but food came in a timely manner, and was very good. My wife had bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns, w/ toast, while I enjoyed the chickenfried steak, and eggs, also w/ hashbrowns and toast. Although, I’m sure it’s changed owners since I was a kid but I can remember having breakfast there 40 yrs ago. I believe it was called ” Mitchell’s ” back then?
