So nice we booked twice. Chef Aung and his team served a tremendous Omakase, both excellent in value and quality. They made sure on our second seating to serve a slightly different Omakase and both experiences were memorable. We can’t wait for our next experience. BYOB and can get a little rowdy depending on the crowd

Love the area and the foods were amazing. Me and my boyfriend love sushi and we can tell if the sushi has its unique taste (we went to many different places especially the Omakase ones). I can tell by how he has experiences with the fish (they are fresh) and how he make certain dish. It’s a BYOB: bring your own booze. I suggest bringing Sake (Japanese wine); they go really well with the drink.

Intimate, amazing, and an unforgettable experience. Having only opened 3 months ago, this Omakase is already a must-do experience while in Honolulu. Aung, the owner and chef, creates an exception “dinner party feel” while eating at a table with 12 strangers. It’s Aung’s contagious laugh, effortless skill, and epic playlists elevate the experience even more. Aung is pure talent.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to try their food. I booked the restaurant a week ago for April 6th for my fiance’s birthday for 8pm. At 735pm, I arrived at the restaurant and the whole restaurant was closed. I had purchased sake (as I heard it was byob) and was starving. However when I saw the closed sign and the restaurant was dark, I checked my emails and discovered that at 721pm I received a cancellation email with no explanation. We were left scrambling looking for a place to eat for her birthday – this way of doing business is unacceptable.

We came here for dinner tonight and it was a phenomenal experience. It was an intimate yet laid back vibe with great music. Each course was so delicious in its own way and it was fun talking to both Aung and Angie throughout the meal.

Went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The Omakase was fantastic, and so was the chef. There are only 8-10 seats and it’s BYOB, so be prepared to have fun and meet new people. 11 out of 10!

What a gem! Delicious, high quality Omakase in a low key atmosphere. Seats only 12 at a time, but makes each customer feel comfortable. Will definitely return!

This guy is a future michelin star winner. Stop by before he goes big time. The best dinner I have ever had in my life. His unique backround brings a level of flavor, ingredients and service not found anywhere else.
