The experience beginning to end was amazing, I can’t believe we have something like this in Charlotte! Every ingredient was thought through and high quality. Chef Robin was so pleasant and so skilled. He cared about each detail, from plating to pairing to explaining how to eat the food. It made for the perfect birthday celebration and felt like a once in a lifetime experience. My husband and I agree it is well worth it!

My fiancé and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Omakase for their lunch experience! As soon as you walk in, you know you are in for a treat. The menu and food were delectable and it was a fabulous, intimate experience with another couple and staff. You will not find another experience like this in Charlotte (or anywhere nearby!) and we 10/10 recommend this place to everyone! We will absolutely be back!

We were lucky enough to experience an Omakase by Chef Robin this evening. It was outstanding, comparable to the Omakase we had at a Michelin Star in Tokyo. The Sea Bass, Shrimp, and Mackerel were special. The fatty tuna and onion was creative, never had that anywhere before. It was a good amount of food. Highly recommend the wine pairings, it really complemented the fish. The setting was small and intimate but not stuffy, it was relaxed and Chef Robin was a pleasure to enjoy dinner with.
