I think I just found my favorite breakfast place. It’s a little chaotic in there, we were also sit next to the register so we had people just standing next to us the whole time. The food is delicious though! And such big portions. I wasn’t expecting such a huge pancake! And the potatoes are so good!! Everything was very good and I can’t wait to go back! And we didn’t wait that long to sit down either!

5/23 Omelette Parlor of Colorado Springs, CO. Eclectic eatery inside a older house with all these tables around every nook and cranny. First off the staff and servers were very laid back yet efficient. Good group of people. We arrived on a Sunday 11:30 and had 1.5 hour wait cited and we got into a table for six after 35 minutes. I had a great big W.J.Palmer omelette, bacon, cheese, avocado , and 3 egg fluffiness. Our whole table was happy-full and acutely satisfied. The meal was reasonably priced. Plenty of art on the walls, plants and large ️ lot. We’ll come again, there’s also a bar “O’Furry’s” in the back.

My wife and I got stuck in a booth that was made for small ppl or children, I don’t understand how these types of tables are still a thing…. our arms were hanging off the table, the table was also already crowded with just the normal items on it cups/salt/pepper etc… once the food came it felt like anything could fall off of it with a slight movement. The photo is when my plate was already picked up and I still have hardly any room for just to place my arm.

Pretty standard breakfast place. Cute building and very helpful, friendly, and efficient staff. Would rank the food as decent, nothing special. Not a fan of the bacon, thick cut but they deep fry in some way so it has a burnt taste and odd texture. Coffee was pretty good. A popular place so be ready for a wait. They do not have a bar for parties of one so you’ll have to wait with larger parties. Lots of parking in a large lot.

INCREDIBLE. I got banana bread French toast and it was quite possibly the best French toast I’ve ever had. Big portion sizes for the price. Bacon is thick cut and tastes so good! It was very busy and we were only quoted a 10-15 minute time, I think we waited 5 minutes max! They are very quick and efficient. Server was very polite and helpful, would definitely go back!
