The beer was very good. That being said, pretty choppy experience with service, the space and food. It’s tough not to compare them to Bad Lab (former tenant in this space). Service wasn’t terrible, but a tad confusing. Seating, to service, food timing, etc… Our waitress was friendly. I think some issues is the distance she needed to cover from bar to kitchen (opposite sides of a large space). It could be addressed with dedicated food runners. We ordered nachos and ribs at two staff members recommendation. My philosophy with food is “don’t try to re-invent the basics unless you know it’s 100% better than anyone’s standard expectation”. Nachos portion and appearance looked great, but cheese was grainy and flavorless. Ribs were cold & strange with a potent smelling Heinz 57 type sauce and pineapple chunks. I could see them working individually with tweaks, but not together. We brought about 50% home to get family members opinions. Same thoughts. The major difference in the environment was that the place was a little more livelier with more TVs and it was pretty busy. The place has a lot of potential. It wouldn’t be a place I would travel to regularly, but definitely a spot to grab a beer if we we’re passing through (20mins away).

We had high expectations since the last tenants were our absolute favorite, but Omnium totally passed the test. The food was amazing starting with the fried pickles and homemade ranch. I was a big fan of the glassware. The old fashioned’s were very tasty as well and appealing to the eye! Loved the tequila version.

Omnium has huge shoes to fill in the old Bad Lab space. They succeed, mostly, on the strength of the brewer and the turn-key they inherited.

So glad a brewery reopened at this location! The beer selection is more than plentiful and the food is top notch! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We come here at least weekly with our 2 school aged kids and all have such a nice dinner! 5+ star rating hands down!

I’m giving it three stars as they were out of two of the four beers I wanted to try (on tap and in can form), and they were out of one of three desserts on a Saturday afternoon. The beers I had were fine; they didn’t taste like what was described on the menu (menu gives big expectations). The strawberry shortcake was good, though I don’t understand the chocolate chips (but they didn’t take away from it). Otherwise, our server was great, and the space is nice.

Amazing vibe. Beers just okay. Bad review comes from the raw chicken wings I was served. Normally a place would comp you meal. Sliders were very flavorful. Hopefully I don’t get salmonella/food poisoning

Omnium was great! As others have said, they did a great job filling the vacancy left by Bad Lab.I think their menu is better and there’s a full bar with a great selection for the non-beer drinkers. We enjoyed the tacos and the short rib. Looking forward to returning!
