I’m not entirely sure how you can burn and under cook a pizza at the same time… but it is accomplished here at on fire pizza. The first time we ate here it was delightful… but since the prices have gone up and the service and quality have gone way down. I’m not sure if I can recommend this establishment any longer. I even went to the lengths to request a refund and was never even given a call back. 10/10 will not return.

Felt like pizza and wanted something different than the typical stuffed pizza from Zachary’s. This is a large place that can seat large crowds. They are located in Crow Canyon Place Plaza near Starbucks, Baskin Robbins and Petco. Free parking is available. The place has 4 large screen TV’s. They offer organic salad bar and beer on tap. The thin crust pizza was very tasty. I really liked the crust. Chewy with burnt edges.. Yummo!! We also ordered the baked rigatoni with mushrooms and Canadian bacon. It was very flavorful and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The sauce was really nice. It wasn’t too acidic. Just the perfect flavor. I would definitely come back again for more delicious meals here.

This is the only wood fired pizza place in town and it’s delicious, but it’s best if you eat it there. The crust has a bit of a crunch and slight chewiness when it’s right out of the oven and the cheese gooeyness is spot on. The texture changes when you take it to go and it gets boxed.

Made a big mistake ordering from this place both regular and keto pizzas, and both were extremely disappointing. The pizza was clearly pre-made, keto crust was disgusting and not edible. It was barely toasted if anything and subpar to Safeway freezer pizza. Even my dog who eats anything did not want this stuff. Waste of money!
