I’ll start with the positive. The server was very professional and caring. With that said $20 vegetable fajita platter looked like someone else’s leftovers. It barely had any veggies on it as you can see on the picture. Mushroom was reheated multiple times and was mushy. I mentioned this to the waiter and he brought more veggies. Rice and beans were both old and were heated up in the microwave. The beans had a crust on them and rice was dry and partially crunchy. Nachos that were provided for free had so much oil on them that the basket was soaked in it and we had to move them to the napkin to soak up some of the oil. I’ve been to OTB before including this location before and saw what this particular plate suppose to be like. So hopefully whoever is concerned with this reads this review and make’s corrections.

I went here after work last night with my husband to take off stress and have a good time. We ended up having a not so good time. We ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes before somebody came to our table to finally get our drink order, it was kind of upsetting to see other people come in after us and get waited on 1st. When we finally got our appetizer it was cold and the cheese had shown it was sitting for a while with the film it had on top like gravy. When we finally got our food it was cold, dry, VERY over cooked, and the meat was so hard we were unable to get a fork or knife through the shrimp and steak. The tortillas that we had received were very wet and soggy, it was gross. The meat was all too chewy. We ended up packing the food to go, but tossing it when we left. I felt like I wasted money. The only good thing was the drink. I would also like to point out that we didn’t get any straws on our refills so we had to drink from the cup, which wasn’t a big issue, and we got no miniature plates so we were tossing this big appetizer plate back-and-forth to eat on top of before I finally took the one napkin we received and used it as a plate. I did make a staff member know that we needed plates, more napkins, and a straw but they never came back and they vanished. This is my 1st time at this location I do not recommend it unless you’re here for a drink.

It’s a cute looking restaurant. It’s like you are having food ‘on the border’. Food was good but not the best I have had. Margarita seasonal one was only $6!!! They give complimentary chips & salsa- the chips were house made & were the best I have had!! I also had tres leches but as takeaway – it was good too but not exceptional!

We used to come here almost every week for happy hour. It’s safe to say, we will never be coming back. Service was absolutely abysmal, very slow (we had to remind our server multiple times for food). We asked for separate checks and we had to number each of our orders on a receipt… unfortunately the receipt was completely wrong to begin with. We were ridiculed for not specifically saying “primo” for the queso bowl when we were clearly here for happy hour, not to mention the regular and “primo” looked identical. The bartender/server has zero consumer service skills and gave us immense attitude for asking questions.

It’s good if your not on a restricted diet. There’s no customized choices to make a meal. Taking away 3/4 of of an entree is hardly a dinner. Otherwise the place was nice.

I had a pork quesadilla I really was not impressed. I don’t know why there really wasn’t a lot of anything. .. generally I don’t hate this type of food. If I do it’s generally authentic Mexican food place. The quesadilla is very chock-full and it has a sauce which makes it all just a yummy mixture of cheese and sauce and pork or beef. At the time it was lunch time so maybe it was a lunchtime special which comes from very small. I would go back just to try it again because like I said I’m really not an expert on Mexican food. But I would order something large or maybe go at dinner time when the portions are a little bit larger. I did leave there very hungry. When it comes to lunch time I quite a porker anyway so I eat everything and anything I would. I would go back again and try it one more time maybe I got a special I don’t remember. They’re always shorter or smaller the place was not really packed but it did have quite a few people in it. The waiter was very nice and courteous

I have been a long time fan of the Orange, CT location. I hadn’t been in some time, visited 06/13/23 8 pm, and will most likely never go back. Seriously understaffed. I truly believe the waiter was also the cook, and busboy. Every time an order from a new table came in, our server vanished. Well over an hour for my food, it was barely lukewarm, as everyone else’s. The greeter never spoke a word, plunked the placemats and silverware in a pile and walked away. You could sense the tension between all the employees also. One thing that ALWAYS happens is that they bring chips and salsa, mouth gets dry and spicy, no drinks for twenty minutes, ALWAYS. My daughter was looking forward to the Ultimate fajitas, what a joke for $42. She went with something cheaper of course. I had the Ranchilladas, as I said, lukewarm, the meat I asked for medium rare, it was well done.None of the six orders were hot. You could tell it was left under the warmer for quite some time as the surfaces were dried out. First place ever I witnessed terrible nachos. Cheese was hard, not warm at all. Let me add, we were all very hungry, it was fairly late by the time we received our food, so we ate it. Left with total disgust for this location. Oh, the last straw was the greeter decided to start closing up tables, slamming the chairs, cleaning the floors and you could see her hatred for the job. There were two waiters that I counted. I think they had to prepare their own orders, as the other waiter would disappear also for periods of time. No manager that I could witness. Just close this location, it’s that bad.
