Outstanding service and food! From the minute I walked in I was promptly greeted, sat, and given menus. I tried their happy hour margaritas, and had a burger and fries. All was excellent! The complimentary chips and salsa and guacamole dip were out of this world! One of the best chips and salsa I’ve ever had!

Was wanting something grilled for lunch. So the name drew me in. Was pretty disappointing. Ordered Fajitas Molcajete. Charbroiled fajitas marinated in a salsa molcajete, rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas. The rice and beans were cold and smelled funny. The rice had hard dried grains from sitting in the warmer. The fajitas had good flavor, but a lot of gristle and fat. Plus they allow people to come in off the streets to come in and try to sell you stuff while you are eating.

I was craving some tasty brunch and decided to finally give this place a try. As with most restaurants, the mimosas were pretty straightforward. You can’t do brunch with a mimosa so do order one. I was offered other flavors besides orange. I decided to stick to regular orange.

I was greeted as I came in, and seated by the lovely hostess, at the bar. It wasn’t busy. There were about 4 other tables when I arrived. They were playing some 90s pop and R&B throwbacks which was something I eased into with my 5×5 brunette bombshell haha. It was a vibe, low-light and fresh. They still had Christmas garlands above one of their TVs though, which was well, festive but it is the end of June. The server brought me complimentary chips and salsas. The salsa verde was spicy They gave good customer service and the food was overall, delicious. I had been craving chicken with mole for a while and those tacos hit the spot. The rice had peas, carrots, corn and… lima beans? I didn’t care for the lima beans and didn’t think they’d be in traditional Mexican rice as I know it but eh, easily took them out with my fork. The rice itself was a bit on the dry side but alright. The chicken and mole was just to my liking with fresh tortillas and the refried beans were good too. I was there over an hour and had a bahama mama as my last drink, which they made strong. It was everything I could ask for. But, they were playing World Championship Tag for some reason there at the bar area which got progressively funnier as time went on and alcohol went in. I’d been here a couple times before and always enjoyed it. Overall, I’d recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Brought my wife for a date here on new years eve 45 min before closing. They were very welcoming and did not make us feel rushed at all. The food was really good and service was great! The gentleman who served us was very kind and attentive.

Clean and nice in appearance. Just don’t order pasta. Alfredo was more like white gravy. Tasted no cheese in it and it was hard to stomach. Service was ok, but they had a hard time handling a large party.

The food was decent, nothing over the top. Came out looking good. The taste was somewhat bland, not much seasoning or spices to give it a robust flavor. The atmosphere, cleanliness and attentive staff I give a 4-Star. The rice and beans were cold, and the tacos seemed to have been sitting a few before getting to me. This was on a Tuesday afternoons me didn’t have an abnormal amount of patrons. Would visit again and be welcome to having a different platter. This is what the server recommended.

In a mini mall, so outer front appearance is deceiving. Inner restaurant is much nicer. Wonderful food at a reasonable price. The service was fantastic. The establishment was crystal clean. Some staff still chose to wear face diapers but others went without. Excellent country music playing overhead at correct volume. Lighting was perfect. Plus, they have a full bar. Seafood, Mexican food, American food. And the staff can actually speak English which is an unusual occurrence in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.

Food isn’t seasoned well. Their pico de Gallo is pure tomato . Chicken and beef tasted as if it was just cut and put on the grill without any ingredients. Honestly for the price you pay, food should be prepared and seasoned better.
