My husband and I LOVE this place so much. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. But by far the BEST thing about this place are the people. The owner and their family are wonderful. They remember that my husband is allergic to onions and if he forgets to say no onion or no vegetables the owner ALWAYS makes sure to ask just in case.

Everything is made to order, it was so hot that even driving 15 miles to my Dad’s farm? Still too hot to eat out of the container. Staff is friendly and politely conversational. Ask for dumpling sauce…even if you aren’t getting dumplings. Put it on rice or dip a chicken skewer in it. Trust me on this.

First Chinese Restaurant I have visited in Iowa, and in my opinion one of the best places to eat. The food was delicious, I had Pork LoMein and Chicken with Mushrooms ( Moo Goo Gai Pan) for take out. Very good food and wonderful, attentive staff. The only unpleasant thing to mention is the audacity of other diners to talk voraciously about Chinese and Mexican people and how they think, feel and what their religious beliefs are…incredibly poor taste, especially when eating dinner in a Chinese restaurant…The staff was very gracious and friendly.

We are regulars at the One and One location in Arnold’s Park and decided to give this branch a try since we were visiting the state park outside of town. We were the only two people in the restaurant over the noon hour on a Saturday which I found to be rather surprising, considering they have a great value for money lunch special. The food was essentially identical to the Arnold’s Park location in terms of quality, taste, and portion size. Service here was little less inviting, however. Overall the meal was good and I hope business here picks up!
