My wife and I come here when we are out and about in West Lansing. We’ve never been disappointed! We LOVE their brunch buffet on Sundays. So many great options to choose from. Outside of brunch, my go-to dishes are either the chicken club wrap or the Caesar salad. You can’t go wrong but if you want top tier service ask for Dakota’s section. He’s thoughtful throughout your entire dining experience!

My husband and I have come here consistently over the last year and a half because we love the food and the atmosphere of One North. We are always met with a smile and they have great service. Dakota is our favorite server – he’s kind and funny and always provides great service. My husband gets the Buffalo chicken wrap typically, but their fried chicken is amazing in any dish. I’ve never been disappointed by anything I’ve eaten here. They recently started a Sunday brunch and it is an INCREDIBLE spread – from braised salmon to fried chicken, to a fresh-made waffle station (not to mention the salad, fruit, breakfast pastries, cheese and crackers, scrambled eggs, and beyond!). Highly recommend for delicious food and great service!

The staff and events team at OneNorth are absolutely fantastic. I needed a private dining space to host a group of about 40 for a dinner and presentation; Ben (Events Consult) and Caleb (GM) could not have been more helpful and made the process incredibly easy to put together. They helped to set an event-specific food and beverage menu; the dishes selected were excellent, as were their beverage and cocktail selections. The team had their large private dining area well prepared for our group. The private dining area also had an excellent A/V setup for presentations, with a series of linked large screen monitors placed around the perimeter of the room so that all attendees had a clear view of the material being presented. Our waitstaff that night were also excellent, and they did a wonderful job of taking care of our large group. This event was a great experience and I look forward to the opportunity to host future events at OneNorth.

We have been here several times with varied results. The first time was spot on, great food and service-5 stars at least. Next time it took over an hour just to get a drink, and the food was just ok -1 star only. This time, food was good-4, service was adequate but nothing special-3.5, I asked to be seated at a booth or outside in the shade, as there were multiple openings in both areas, but was seated at a 4top between the bar and back wall-2? And the wine price was insane-1, I liked it, so I googled it and found that the entire bottle cost less than the glass I had there- there is no reason for that.. We will most likely go back, but the inconsistency is a problem for me, and I didn’t feel that as a whole the higher review from the initial visit was appropriate any more. I added a star to this one, with higher hopes for next visit.

I have now been here 3 times. Once for dinner, once for just drinks, and once for a lunch take out order. Each time was terrific except the time I stopped in for drinks. That particular time was only marginal because the bartender made me the same drink twice, but both were very different from each other. The pictured drinks are supposed to be an old fashion.

That One
Our waiter Jay was either extremely new, undertrained or he was extremely high (if he was high he might want to use a focus strain) . He should really be in the back cooking, doing dishes or get a job at a dispensary. Waited almost 20 minutes with nothing to drink. I eventually went to the bar and got my own water and drink. He definitely was having an off day .

Went here for my husband’s birthday dinner. Food was amazing and service was great, atmosphere was wonderful, modern and comfortable. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer, they were fresh and delicious with hardly any wait, the ranch was superior. We both had the salmon with steamed veggies and smashed red skin potatoes. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The veggies were perfect (my husband said he wanted to know how they were cooked because he would eat vegetables all the time made like that!). The potatoes were glorious, creamy goodness. New favorite restaurant. ❤
