Owner is a super nice guy who makes a decent pie and not a bad price.. I come back for the consistency of the food and the super nice owner who remembers your name and what you like to eat. Old school customer service. It’s located within a bar but it ain’t a super rowdy place or any so that’s not a detriment. I honestly have no constructive criticism for this guy and his pizza outfit – all good, all around..

Fresh ingredients, cheesy, crispy, hot. The food was everything I wanted my pizza to be. The chef was so passionate about his dream of just making pizza for the rest of his life, it was kinda inspiring. This place is inside Barley Pops. It was smoky and very chill on a week night, but I’m sure it gets wild on busy nights. It reminded me of a dive bar in my hometown with the 90’s rock playlist and $3 drafts.

Hubby & I were running errands close by & decided to come try. Ramiro (the owner) was so happy to have us there, he was very honest with all of our questions & you can tell he really takes pride in his business. We had the wings that came with fries, carrots, celery sticks. The wings were great, sauce was amazing. Crispy wings on the outside and tender on the inside. Fries were amazing !! The ranch was to die for !!!!!!

I’m new to LV and have tried 3 pizza spots since arriving. A Slice of NY is the best of all. I ordered the Homemade Italian Style Pizza. It was amazing! The garlic in the crust was my favorite part. I will definitely frequent this establishment again!

Gem in the Hood – We too had errands in the area and googled “pizza near me.” First the door was locked. A kind friendly neighbor lady said to ring the doorbell to get in. After the doorbell entrance, it was dark bar setting and to the left was the window to the kitchen.

If you’re looking for a good New York style pizza, this is not it. The pizza is ok, but nothing special. Tasted more like a frozen pizza or a pizza you’d get a gas station to be honest.
