Definitely a must stop if you are looking for a breakfast or brunch location that offers an elegantly designed atmosphere with a huge variety of uniquely prepared dishes. The quality here is top of the line and the service is amazing! They serve mimosas among other well crafted cocktails. You have to order first and they bring it to your table. I was not expecting that when I first walked it, but they do serve you and will bring you anything you need directly to the table.

Onefold is a frequent stop for us in Denver. We can always count on excellent food & drink, wonderful staff & a very chill/clean/easy atmosphere. Honorable mentions: tacos consume (delicious guac), breakfast tacos, side of dressed greens, duck fat sweet potatoes, house made salsas ( ️), Vietnamese coffee & Japanese iced coffee. *The pozole pictured was from a previous visit, but has been one of the best pozoles I’ve ever had*

We ordered the breakfast burrito and tacos- both were fantastic!! While we were ordering their power briefly went out which caused an issue with our order going through to the kitchen. Due to the extra wait time, they refunded our entire meal. They certainly went above and beyond with their customer service!!

I am a cheese and quesadilla LOVER and this is officially the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. I’ve been here multiple times and everytime it’s nothing less than outstanding. The food everytime is incredible, the staff & team are phenomenal. The ambiance, atmosphere and everything about this place is amazing. To start with, when we entered, nobody greeted us, and they were not friendly. When we placed our order, the person who took it and served our food was very rude. I didn’t catch her name, but she had purple bangs. Her customer service ruined my experience. Among the three dishes, the chilaquiles were the best, although my egg was undercooked. The other two meals were tasteless.

Solid brunch spot. This place was packed at 11:30 am on a Sunday, and I was worried our food was going to take forever and/or have corners cut as a result, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything came out promptly and was delicious. The congee was something special. Will be coming back here as a pre-hockey game meal next time I’m in Denver.
