I wouldn’t have seen this place if I hadn’t been walking. It appears to be a mobile grill and they cook nice meat. I liked the piranha and the beef kebabs. The food was filling and was juicy. The meat was not over cooked. It was just right and had flavor. The seating is all outdoor with a restroom a little walk away. Overall good and I do recommend

Amazing food! The flavors are amazing and everything is fresh and homemade. I had grilled chicken and a salad and the portion was huge. Their homemade salad dressing was soooo good and the flavor of the meat was stellar. I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other items.

Great food, greater prices, and amazing service!! Visit this food truck if you want a unique Miami experience. Alejandro and Pablo are super friendly and make one hell of a sandwich. Make sure you try the sliced, baked potatoes on the side. They are new to town but I’m sure they will have a long line soon so get on over there soon!!

I ordered the picana sandwich which was a steak sandwich served with a perfectly crusted bun, lettuce, tomato with a side of fries. A meal above $10 but the steak cuts (fajita sized cuts) were tender and with a delicious grilled taste and the bite was easy The ambiance was nice and a perfect setting for a gathering of friends. The service was friendly.

Best food I had in the area. I had the picaña and it was so delicious I took one order to go. The quality and quantity of food is incomparable, I recommend it one hundred percent, to tourist and locals too. The owners are very nice that’s a nice plus.

Fantastic food!!! I stopped by while I was visiting my sister in Miami. There’s a couple other food trucks/eateries in the same lot. We ordered from all 3 & Only Grill was by far the best!!! Highly recommend.

Really really good. I ordered the picahna which is basically Brazilian steak (medium rare) and it came with a salad with Italian vinaigrette. Simple meal with a lot of flavor. Would eat here again 10/10
