Called in order for pick up. Had food ready when I got there. Parking is difficult due to small lot. Can park underground too. Food was tasty with good size portions. Be sure to get your own sauce. They don’t pack it. Sauces next to register.

Love this place, santa monica location though… it’s 5:31, and I had to ask for a knife, again, and the young white female, and what I assume is a manager we’re really into their conversation. So much so that the girl couldn’t muster the energy to bring it all the way, so I literally reached over the counter. Cameras I’m sure caught it, but the vibe was one of complete aloofness. Foods great tho. Thedude that helped me was really cool.

Food is generally good but the thing that is terrible about this location is that they charge $0.55 plus tax for a refill even if you dine inside their Lobby! I haven’t been to any other ono hawaiian bbq place that charges for a refill except this one. Sometimes this location can get very busy and the wait times for the food can be upwards of 20 or more minutes. All Things Considered, I hate coming to this one but because I work at a job where I’m driving around the city, sometimes I have to stop wherever is close to eat. I hope I don’t have to eat here again because it’s so frustrating.

Food is well cooked,fresh,has great taste and large portions for the price. Customer service is good, only issue here is the parking. Place is located on a busy street corner(santa monica blvd and bundy),parking lot is small and very limited. Street parking is hard to find as well. If you try placing an order over the phone during busy lunch hour, you have to call mutiple times, since the line is usually busy.

Love the food, and the large portions. You can get a lot of food for under 10 bucks. I usually have leftovers for the next day. Got the coconut milk and they happly cracked it open so I could eat the coconut inside.
