I ordered the katsu and terriaki chicken BREAST(which is extra) and when I got my order, it was the LEMON PEPPER chicken which I don’t like so I brought it to the clerk and he told me to just put terriaki sauce on it! NOT the same as you can still taste the LEMON which I don’t like! Terrible customer service, they would not replace it.

Love Hawaiian bbq…who doesn’t? The katsu was crispy and juicy, the white fish wash moist and flavorful. And the BBQ mix plate is my husbands favorite. Only thing was the veggies under the meat was underdone. Wish it was cooked more so I could eat it. But other than that…

I love Hawaiian BBQ, and Ono does not disappoint. I usually get the mini plate, chicken teriyaki, with rice and their delicious macaroni salad. The chicken is cooked exceptionally well, and the teriyaki sauce is tasty.

I went in to order dinner and they were out of almost everything at 8:40pm i asked what do you have they told me i said I’ll take it. Then after sitting in the lobby for more than ten minutes they told me there out of everything because the cooks shut down the grill early everytime the manager leaves the store. No customer service and lazy cooks that are getting paid to do a job that there not doing. Other employees told me about this problem so the business is aware that customers will be turned away because cooks don’t feel like cooking for customers who keep their business running.

My meat was very fatty, both the chicken and beef), and I felt very sick from eating it. I ended up throwing over half of it away. The crab appetizer was delicious though. I love Hawaiian bbq, so I’m sad this place was so disappointing

My mother sent me to pick up some Ono Hawaiian BBQ because she was craving it. They have a sign up on restaurant door “Masks Are Recommended”. They have plastic guards up around the registers. When I walked in, there was one couple waiting on their order. I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate for my mom, but without the veggies w/extra scoop of Macaroni Salad instead. My mom doesn’t like Cabbage too much, & that’s what the veggies mostly are, plus a couple of florets of Broccoli. I got myself the Beef & Chicken Combo Plate, also ordered 6 piece Crab Rangoons to share. The Rangoons consist of cream cheese & little bits of crab (probably immitaion, but not sure)wrapped in fried Wonton. Waited inside while food was prepared. 3 customers came in to pick up Online/called in orders & someone else ordered there while I waited. I watched the girl @ register come out & restock the dipping sauce cups & lids, & clean area around the Teriyaki & Katsu sauce dispensers & soda fountain before returning behind the register. Once my # was called got my food & went home to enjoy.
