I’m actually very pleasantly surprised by how good the food here is! I tried it for the first time and everything I’ve had is delicious. I tried the chicken katsu (kids size), and chicken and beef Hawaiian BBQ (pick two). The portions are generous and additional sauces are free.

I went in there this evening to pick up an online order that I had placed 25 minutes before I arrived, which was around the time that it estimated to be ready, and waited for over another 30 minutes while my party and I witnessed couples, families, and other individuals in line place orders and walk right out with their orders just a few minutes later after placing their orders. When I tried to ask the staff if I could have some of my money back or something for my inconvenience due to the long wait (for an order of which consisted of only 2 plates) they went ahead and refunded me my online order (of which is waiting to be seen) and canceled my order when that is not what I asked for, I asked for some type of offer or something to make it right for my inconvenience of waiting nearly an hour for 2 plates and they did not want to offer me anything, they basically just said we’re not going to refund you your money and give you your food, which is not even what I asked for, I asked for some type of discount or some thing in addition, to compensate me for the long wait, but no, instead, I was received with nothing but obnoxiousness and rude responses from all of their staff including the kitchen which was aware that they had completely messed up on my order and was not prioritizing it at all in a proper manner to fulfill my order. This place has no idea what they’re doing! Their staff is completely rude and they basically told me to leave with nothing in hand! I would like for the corporate district manager of this establishment to get in contact with me as soon as possible to discuss this horrible experience that I had to endure after a very long day of work and witnessing other customers place their orders and walk out just a few minutes later with no problems. I also tried to call and ask for the name of the store manager to which they said they were not allowed to give out that information so then they gave me a number (which is supposedly their corporate number) and when you dial it, it goes straight to a blank voicemail (black hole) with no type of greeting. This place has no idea how to operate!

Yesterday I went to eat a plate of chicken, pasta salad and rice 10 minutes after eating that dish I started to feel bad and we went home I started to feel fine and even had diarrhea and I still had a very bad headache, weak and with pain in my My head, I have spasms in my stomach, my stomach, etc. It is horrible. I will never eat in this place again for more than 10 years. I have visited this place and today I will not continue eating in this establishment.

I’m a regular customer at this location the food is great , but I have a big concern I have call many times to complain but when they answer they hang up . The few times I have come in I see patrica and few of cashiers talking loud using unprofessional words also with some of the cookers , it would nice if I can speak with the owners of this restaurant , I’m still waitng for the owners of this location to answer me review it’s been 3 weeks I came again to this location I work near by and they haven’t even answer me about there rude cashier and manager and I been coming for years and they are starting to put less meat it’s unbelievable, ono owner do something about this problems

This particular location is pretty awesome. Ordered the family pack for a family of 5 and they PACKED those boxes I was honestly surprised. The food quality was pretty great as well. Chicken Katsu here was actually seasoned and the sauce were the cherry on top. The Kalbi was also phenomenal, had some pretty great flavor and was very tender.
