Normally I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ, we get it as a special treat when we come out of town so it was my first time at this specific location. I was very disappointed with our food today. The meat was really fatty, the portions were really small, customer service was subpar, we asked for napkins cause they keep them behind the counter, he gave us two lol. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Good food, customer service, but the staff cleans up and stacks up the chairs at 7:50 even though they close at 9 . So don’t plan to eat in after 7:40 because they will give you attitude.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and I was told I couldn’t dine in anymore when the restaurant closes at 9pm….why?? And the food portions were so small compared to other locations. I wont be coming to this location again.

They keep the phone off the hook, so I feel the customer service is poor. It is unfair to the customers that only get a 30 minute lunch, and want to preorder their lunch. During this pandemic I feel that they should be able to offer phone orders accommodations. I tried ordering online, but the price difference is about a $5-6 dollar difference.

Its great, I’m a regular, delicious and aloha in every bite, a tad bit expensive but its filling so its ok, and service tad bit slow, but not that bad, place is ok, always coming back for the hawaiian chicken and beef mix combo and their sauce, man, those are delicious sweet and salty, and the beef mostly fresh and seasoned well, one of our favorite to go fast food place.
