The food here is prepared fresh. It was delicious. I had the BBQ & Katsu mix. Alot of food at a great price. I did try the Spam Musubi. It was good but probably not my thing. The rest of the meal was great. I got mine with white rice and macaroni salad. I saw other reviews about the macaroni salad and had to try it. I am glad I did. I would definitely eat here again.

Food is pretty good and clean restaurant. My family really enjoys it a lot. The katsu chicken to me seems to be more breading than chicken. The macaroni salad has fish in it so I’m not a fan but everyone else in my house loves it

4-2023 The fish ono sub $8 meal was really good; fried fish, on a bed white rice and side salad type deal.. pretty filling and make sure to get the dipping sauces, you won’t go wrong. It’s a limited time thing so make sure to hurry before 4-10-2023… with any luck maybe the franchise will offer it for this price even when it’s not Lent

Food was 5 star as always and don’t forget to ask for an extra scoop of macaroni salad. BBQ mix is always consistent. Reason for the 4 star review is that they were short handed with a slew of customers waiting a long time for both in restaurant and online orders. Some customers were vocal. Been seeing quite a bit of “short-staffed” situations at a lot of food places lately.

First time trying ONO and it was pretty good Called my order in ( wasn’t easy. Had to call for about 15 minutes. Understandable it was lunch time ). Got a 2 meat plate ( Kalua pork and BBQ Beef ) both really good. The beef was a little hard to chew but had a good taste The pork melts in your mouth ( super tender ) The macaroni salad had a great taste definitely one of the better ones I’ve gotten

I called placed my order for pick up and upon arrival I was told I needed to wait in the order line to pick up my food the line was insanely long upon reaching the cashier finally I expressed how there system for pick up is backwards and defeats a warm meal I waited about 15 minutes in line for my food she proceeded to give me an attitude the food at restaurant was great but the disrespect from cashier I was so upset from how the staff behaved I called corporate office to complain and voice my opinion as a customer I expect respect and empathy if I am spending my hard earned money at your place of business I definitely wasn’t expecting the unprofessional attitude however corporate office stated they would look into and I requested a call back and never received one i hope management looks into these type of issues because eventually the lack of work ethics this staff has will drive away paying customers as they did with me
