First time eating here, pleasantly surprised how good the food was, got the Hawaiian BBQ Mix. Generous portions, well seasoned and grilled, good rice (right amount of sticky, not too dry), lots of cooked cabbage which i appreciated, only thing I might request is more zing to the macaroni salad. Would definitely eat here again.

Dirty, greasy, not good. Not sure how to better describe this experience. The restaurant was fairly unkept. Dirty windows, unkept tables, and overall lack of care. Food was greasy, and inconsistent. I ordered the Island Fire Chicken. Not spicy, not flavorful, just lots of grease and what looks like chili and spices, really just a disappointment. The Mac Salad was a small sad scoop of macaroni drenched with mayonnaise. I get that this is a chain, but the food is sub-standard, and the lack of care, or cleanliness screams loudly for lack of management or supervison. So many other choices, will not be coming again.

Came in at 8:55 and they told me they were closed when it said nine on the website. And their open sign was on. They need to change their hours if they don’t want to serve people past a certain time. Doesn’t make sense that I get there before they’re closed and they shoo me out.

I ordered the chicken katsu and every single piece of chicken was not fully cooked through. Every piece was bright pink! I will never be eating here again. I can understand one piece getting missed accidentally but every single piece was not cooked.

The customer service at this place is non existent. The food is not bad, It was my every-other-week lunch spot on my days off but unfortunately I will not be going back. I went in today to order food to go but got kicked out because I had my dog with me, they didn’t even ask if it was a service animal (which he is). I’m not surprised this place has awful reviews, they don’t t know what they’re doing.
