Wow…DIRTY!! Food overcooked and the restaurant was so dirty. Cushions, tables, chairs are stained with food and not wiped down. Customer service here is as though they hate their job. All the windows are smeared with food. The food is over cooked and chewy. If not for the sauce wouldnt had ate it. Hope not to get sick.

I LOVE THE food man,each time after work I would always order an uno plate with the rice Mac, and fish,every single time,the Mac always being sho cheese,with the rice being bland,but a perfect combo,and the deep fried fish being the cherry on top,uno has never disappointed me,and when I go visit the customer service is respectful as it should 10/10 would recommend.

#OnoHawaiian BBQ YESTERDAY Oct 17,2021 @ 4:51pm your rude cashier Ann T. Refused to give me sauce that was prepared with gloves on…said that I had to put on gloves and self serve. I said that area was not clean or sanitized….I saw several customers dinning and take out “NOT USING GLOVES “. She said the sauce behind the counter was for drive-thru customers only. Asked to talk to the manager …female told me the same but when I said that I’ll be contacting your Corp office…the manager said “-I’ll give you sauce this one time ” SMH WE SPEND $40 ×2 MONTHLY HERE.

Drive thru attendant had a difficult time giving us the correct order. We had to open everything up to show him it wasn’t right. He gave us the extra orders for free and made the correct order. None of it was fresh made.

this place takes at least 10-20 minutes for a few items in the drive thru and instead of the telling the car in front to go park and wait for there food, they make the whole entire drive thru wait for one persons order. would not recommend sitting in the drive thru or going inside. I guess there’s a reason there is el pollo loco right next to them.
