DO NOT GET THE STREET TACOS. I think they microwave the tortilla part so the edges were hard af. The meats was dry. I ordered shredded chicken and asada… no flavor.. so I drenched it in limes & their mild salsa… tried the California fries? They were cool. Wish had more meat. Other than that, I just regretted getting the damn tacos

Not really a dine in restaurant, some seating inside and two outdoor tables so it’s more of a takeout restaurant. We order here on Tuesdays when they have the specials. The tacos are simple but the flavors are good. We get one of each and enjoy each one. Service is always met with a smile.

This is purely based on the lack of professionalism & customer service to whomever answered the phone on 8/30 at 1751. I have never in my life dealt with someone so blatantly rude at a place of business that I was spending money at. I simply called directly after making an Uber Eats order requesting if it was anyway possible to have the order changed from a Chicken Fajita Salad to a Beef Fajita Salad. I didn’t want to cancel the order & reorder thinking that would be harder on the kitchen. She kept screaming at me that they were already cooking the chicken. I said “Oh, I literally just put the order in, I wasn’t sure if the kitchen could just be told of the change or if I should just cancel the order” and again she screamed “Well they are already cooking the kitchen!!”. I just knew it was a loss & said “Okay, bye” and boy did she match that with 10000x the sass and slammed the phone down.

This place gets an A+for accommodating two people in Wheelchairs. Their regular indoor seating has a high barstool table which would not work for us. The owner carried in the table and chairs from outside and let us eat inside so my 95 year old aunty and uncle wouldn’t get too hot while eating outside. When the lunch crowd rush came, we were sitting right in the middle of where customers come to the counter to order. The staff seemed fine with us sitting there and just worked around us. This made for an enjoyable outing for my aunty and uncle. Plus we got a 15% discount because my uncle is a vet and it was a Wednesday. Big Mahalo to the staff for accommodating an elderly couple. It made our day. Street tacos were delicious. They have a condiment bar where you add on your choice of sauces which make it so Ono. My friend had the Chile relleno which was also good.

My visit was around 5pm. The ONLY reason I went here is because Los Chapparos was closed.. When I walked into the restaurant it smelled like dish water and no food. I should’ve walked out then. The pico de gallo has TOO MUCH ONION. Only had a FEW pieces of tomato in it, 2 little shreds of cilantro, & didn’t taste like there was any lime juice at all either. ONION SOUP literally. The beans taste like they’re straight out the can. Absolutely no flavor. My meal was highly disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful workers. They didn’t have fajitas when we went there but they said they will be selling that soon so I’m planning to go back to try that. Prices was a little pricey but they gave huge portions. The tortilla chips and salsa came in a little brown paper bag and it was good. I ordered the carne asada sopes that has beans, lettuce, guacamole, queso fresco, sour cream, tomato and lime. The portion is huge. It was almost like eating a taco salad since they piled on a bunch of lettuce. The carne asada got lost in all that lettuce. But it was ok. My husband got the beef burrito that had beans, cheese, and Spanish rice. He enjoyed it with some of the spicy salsa they have at the bar. For dessert we shared the Mexican fried ice cream… Delicious!!! Hot, cold, crispy, flavorful, cinnamon etc… That’s how I can describe that. If you go here, you have to try that dessert. I do think they should add the salsa that they give with the corn tortilla chips to the little mini bar so we can put that on our food. That salsa was good. The other ones at the mini bar was ok. Hope this review helps since there are other Mexican restaurants in Wahiawa.

I had the mole enchiladas. This is like the best Mexican food in Oahu. Clean, straightforward. The mole was spot on. They need a better location and more tables inside.
