Absolutely best food truck around here, it takes a bit of time till it gets prepared. But oh my it is definitely worth it. I got the Ahi platter with shrimp addon and it was the best food I have tasted in Hawaii. I also had a can of tea which was without any sugar, yea that is something that is actually hard to come by in Maui. Definitely recommend.

Great food! We got the shrimp with steak (medium-rare) and the ahi yellow fin tuna (medium) with rice; both came with grilled veggies and a ginger+ soy (?) sauce. All items were cooked as we asked, the portions were perfect, and the food is reasonably priced. The only thing I would say has room for improvement is the saltiness of the seasoning but that’s up to one’s personal preference. Would recommend!

This is by far the best place I have tried in Maui. Not just the best food truck, but the best meal ever. The seared ahi is so tender and flavorful. The shrimp tastes amazingly fresh. This is fine-dinning level food quality in a food truck. You should definitely try this while you are in Maui.

Run your errands at Costco and stop by the best food truck lot on the island across Costco gas station. High end, High quality and full of flavor local plate lunches. You definitely get what you pay for. I ordered the prime rib and added on a lobster tail. It came with a scoop of rice, house made sauces, and a dank side portion of mixed veggies. It was a feast!
