Horrible!!! chicken had sauce on it (was not grilled as they promoted) and tasted like dipped in old oil. Veggies did not look fresh. They had no cilantro sauce left (like in pictures) and employee was so, but so rude that it make me feel stupid and humiliated for even considering going there to eat. It would have been nice if ingredients was really fresh like in the promoted pictures…

Use to love this place so much until the food started to taste old. I didn’t care about it that much because I like eating there. It just upsets me that every time I order food is either the kimchi rice will be old, the Brussel sprouts is not cooked etc and the guy that works there is really rude. One time (1year ago) I told the guy that works there that the food is really good and I like eating there he did not reply back and he had a mean face. The time I Really enjoyed eating here he wasn’t there it was a girl that was working there and a different dude and the service was good. Ever since this rude Asian guy start to take over (he might be the owner) the food started tasting funny like it was mixed with old food and They charge $2.50 for guacamole and the guacamole will be stale and look greyish. I’m gonna have to look for a other location ♂️ ♂️

This place ROCKS!!! Absolutely amazing food! I work down the street and was fortunate enough to discover On + On. They give HUGE portions and it is not too pricey. The quality of the food is consistently amazing and you can tell it is all very fresh. What i love the most is that you dont feel “gross” after eating all their food.. you feel ENERGIZED and AWESOME!!! There is nothing greasy on their menu. My absolute favorite thing is the noodles with salmon, sweet potatoes, vegetables and PEANUT SAUCE! If i could give it more than 5 stars i would! All the employees that work there are so kind and polite. There is a reason why I will keep coming back here every week like i have been for a few months now. Great job, On + On!! You are killing it!!!

I first tried this place when visiting the Best Western Norwalk Inn across the street. I honestly wish they had a location where I live because the menu option is large and very reasonably priced. The food always taste great no matter if it’s the steak and eggs breakfast or the sourdough bacon cheeseburger to the chili cheese fries. What I love is how there are many Mexican food selections on the menu along side American food. The best of both worlds! The staff are always friendly. I usually get my food to go but there is plenty seating for dining in. They also allow phone orders. I eat here every visit to LA – Norwalk.
