At river oaks mall eating Oooh Wee nachos. Nachos were good the meat not greasy at all. The factory cake was horrible. And dry. Service is very poor. The women working are very strong and aggressive professionalism is very low. And if you don’t have to stop at this location, please don’t would not want you to get caught in the gang crossfire.

The food is always never ready I had to wait almost 40min for cheese to warm up , or sometimes the chips are stale or and the prices keep getting higher everytime I stop by . Workers are rude and have no customer service skills.

I come at 1115-1130 they never have anything prepared. I go to the truck driving school down the street and try to eat lunch but they never have anything done and the workers always have an attitude yesterday was my only good experience around lunch time. The girl had the food prepared and was ready to take order. The attitudes are horrible and they a manager! Today was horrible customer service for sure. Hope the owner know he’s loosing money because of his workers.

My daughter tea slipped out of her hand while picking it up from the counter. A light skin guy who is the manager or owner was very rude. He ignored me and rolled his eyes when I asked could they replace her tea. The man has really bad customer service. He could of at least been professional and responded if he was going to decline. The young lady who served us was very polite but after seeing what he did she put her head down.

Inside River Oaks Mall. I’ve visited this place several times. The burgers, fries and rice bowls (especially with the jerk chicken) are all phenomenal. The customer service is decent but could definitely use some fine tuning. Today I anticipated trying the jerk chicken sandwich, and as I was stepping to the counter, the cook was headed back into the kitchen. There were other people back there and he never made any of them aware that I was waiting to place an order. How rude! After about three minutes I just walked across the food court and ordered from another restaurant. I don’t care how good the food is, I’m not paying for bad customer service. They just lost this customer for sure.

I went to the River Oaks location two days in a row to buy 2 gallons of the Obama sweet tea. They didn’t have any, not even the small jugs. I went before 2:00 pm each time. I was told “ we ain’t got none” . No indication of when they would have some in and definitely a lack of customer service or any idea about how this affects their company. I will not be returning to that location. I wish I could give a NO star rating.
