They have the best vegan food I’ve had in a LONG time. We got the vegan poboy, vegan lasagna, vegan gumbo, and vegan cupcakes. Not only was the food delicious, but everyone here was so nice. You can taste the love!!! I will definitely be back.

Hidden in an old building in an old part of town my wife, my son and I found something truly amazing. Opal and Blue’s has an experienced and passionate chef who serves up love with every dish of Ox Tails and Lamb Steak. Every dish served is prepared with a Chef’s love of food, with flavors refined and perfectly blended. I’m fantasizing about the turnip greens right now.

Got the Poyboy, which was absolutely amazing and the fry seasoning is Also has to tried the lemon cake for desert. I can’t imagine anything he makes isn’t amazing. He was super friendly while cooking up our lunch. Highly recommend stopping in for some amazing food at a good price with great company!

The customer service was great from the moment you walk in. Since it was our first time going we tried a few different things the shrimp pasta, Salmon Po’Boy and the KC Vegan Po’Boy. Everything was magnificently delicious, I haven’t been this satisfied with a food purchase in a LONG time. Chef Jah hat’s off to you brotha, you are definitely sharing the love with us with your food and we will definitely be coming back without a doubt.
