Fantastic update to the bar. Great, diverse clientele. Really great staff, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Food has always been good here, but I think it has gotten even better! I am happy to write a glowing review as I had left a negative one 3 years ago which I recently deleted. I am so happy to have such a great spot in the neighborhood !

I liked Open on Pearl. The food is good and the drinks were strong. We had the grilled romaine that was *delicious*. The flat bread was also good and fresh. The fries are coated in cornmeal which was an interesting but nice touch. The server was friendly and we were able to social distance bc it was not too crowded. Music was a good volume. Not too loud. Apparently the menu changes frequently which is fun. I recommend this place.

Loved having a drink here. Super friendly, interesting and tasteful decor, light at just the right balance. That last bit seems particularly difficult to manage, but they’ve done it well here. Stop by if you get the chance.
