Over the past 15 years of opening and operating restaurants, including award winning fine dining and speakeasy influenced concepts, we established a meticulous process of tasting and revision that we use for recipe development. In our endeavor to offer the finest hand-crafted cocktails, an idea took hold that we should develop a line of quality spirits that would elevate our beverage offerings and our guest’s experiences. It was this idea that led to the creation of Open Road Distilling Co.

Amazing atmosphere! The bar and decor is beautiful. The distillery was a super cool thing to experience. Our food was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding with friendly and attentive staff. A great restaurant and welcome addition to the RTC area! This is the latest restaurant addition to the Open Road chain offering exclusive spirit tastings and purchases in a separate tasting room. I enjoyed dinner with my family in the restaurant area and was pleased with the quality and pricing of the dishes. The standout dish of the night was the S’more bar desert! I can’t wait to come back for more delicious food and drinks with family and friends.

Great spot with a great menu. We ate there recently and were impressed at the space and the unique layout. It’s got a bit of everything including the speakeasy which is really cool. The food was great and I can’t recommend the Cobb Lettuce Wraps enough! Can’t wait to go back.

This place is great – so many options both with areas to hang out and food/drink. Could be very family friendly (game room, TVs) but also a great spot for adult events (there is a spirit tasting room, party room and a really cool speakeasy, Heirloom.) The food was really good and great drink options to include those with Open Road liquor. I am looking forward to going back!

The food is fantastic. The place is huge and is very nicely decorated. Seats are spread out nicely and does not get too loud. You can also walk into the distillery tasting room and buy bottles to go!

Went there for happy hour on Tuesday and enjoyed it. Bartenders were attentive, drinks were good – Bourbon Smash and a wine. Appetizers came out quickly and were tasty – Lettuce wraps and Calamari. I enjoy going to the one in Merrifield, so I was happy to see one closer to me.
