I found this place by accident but what a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing, soft background music,dim but not dark lighting. The food is awesome! There is a beautiful chandelier I cant say enough about this place. You have to try it for yourself. The staff is wonderful….I was feeling a little down….my waiter sang a song for me. That made my day!

I love going to Orchid! They always have fantastic service, a nice clean atmosphere, and the food is delicious. I came with my father, brother and daughter for our last lunch together before they had to leave. And Orchid did not disappoint. I always like to get either the Beef Pho or the Orchid platter #1 no matter what your preference, the food is just great all the way around. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. Definitely recommend.

Quiet place, nice people, damn good food. 11am to 3pm every day the Bento box 1 lunch is awesome. Shrimp sauce is killer too. Sushi is well done.

The waitress was nice and efficient. I ordered miso soup, octopus salad and Bento lunch.The octopus salad wasn’t fresh, the vegetables were frozen processed cooked to the soggy stage. The chicken was pre-cooked packaged teriyaki and tasted leftover. The tuna roll was good. The miso soup had an off taste. I don’t like giving negative reviews but in this case I consider it a public service announcement. P.S. I had a to go box for my dogs and chickens but I forgot it. That was probably a good thing.

The service was great, small but beutifull restaurant you can feel a great atmosphere here, but the food was not good enough, I got a chicken noodles and the noddles was like a whole block of pasta like the take the last in the bottom of the pot, my wife got a sushi and the rice thick was to much for a sushi…

First, let me say that I’ve loved Orchid since the doors open! Today I was disappointed. I always order the lemon pepper salmon with mixed veggies. I love the mixed veggies! They’re soft and the carrots are slightly sweet. Today I learned that they’ve changed the mixed veggies. They were not steamed, not soft and it was a completely different mix of veggies…no carrots! So, I’m paying $15 to eat a salmon filet. 🙁

This was my first and last time eating here. I came for sushi and sashimi. I ordered the tuna combination plate for $16. The menu says it’s 4 pieces sashimi, 4 pieces nigiri sushi, and a tuna roll. The picture is what they brought. It’s ALL tuna, and it’s not even good. (For those who aren’t familiar, the practice with these kinds of menu items is that the chef chooses which kinds of fish to give you for the sashimi and the nigiri, depending on what they have. It’s not supposed to be all tuna.) Furthermore, look at the size of those “nigiri” — even after I broke them in half, they were still larger than what nigiri is supposed to be. The rice used for the nigiri wasn’t sushi rice — it was sweet and long-grain. The fish was cut into large, uneven slabs, and the edges were all jagged. They only have low-salt soy sauce (I asked for regular — they didn’t have any). Whoever is running this place doesn’t know what they’re doing, and it seems like whoever prepared my plate has never had sushi before. What a joke, and what a waste of money.

Dinner started out great. The appetizers were delicious. The entrées were not so great. The steak pineapple rice looked amazing and the steak was good but fell short on everything else. The pineapple was nowhere near ripe, it was tart and crunchy. They rice was just fried rice, it was not cooked in the pineapple. The vegetables tasted like they had been soaked in syrup for a day before cooking. All in all orchid was so-so.
