Low key and casual but tasty food, beautiful presentation, and great service. I got the French toast on Portuguese sweet bread and it was delicious- topped with fresh fruit. My family loved it, including my children and parents. The waitress was lovely. The service timing was appropriate for most of our food (my daughter’s lobster omelet took a while but she had other things to eat during the wait). Culture fusion of Black American and Caribbean cuisine. Nice gem for Stoughton.

We came here with my friends. It was my first time trying special Goat Jerky, rice and plantains. Food was yummy and will looking forward to visit again. It can get busy at times but staff are super friendly. Be aware that they open Saturdays and Sundays only.

Went for breakfast, a nice mix of “traditional” and Brazilian breakfast. Prices are on the higher side for breakfast but not unreasonable by 2023 standards. The overhead fans made me feel like I was in strobe light. The were not that busy and did not push us out the door..they continued to offer coffee refills after the check was paid. Cash only.

Expectations were very high coming here based on all the positive reviews. Place had plenty of parking but can get packed. Workers were super busy but when we entered but got seated quickly. It took a while to get the food after ordering though.

The food was really good service was good as well the 2 reasons I’m only giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they are cast only and not a great value for the cash. Wr ordered a $6 side of bacon and only got 2 strips, we ordered a side of grilled shrimp and got 4 shrimp for $14 if it had those small portion sizes listed next to those prices we may have ordered directly. For $6 I was expecting at least 3 or even 4 pieces of bacon. The food is good but not sure if it’s worth the hassle of having that much cash on hand
