Lunch was great! I got the chef salad, my dad had a burger, my sister had the haddock sandwich, and my mother had the Cape Cod chicken salad sandwich. Everyone was very happy with their meal. The portions are very large! The fries are great. I really liked the Asian vinaigrette dressing. All of their dressings are made in house. Definitely check it out!

Definitely the worst service I’ve had anywhere. Asked if I could swap out french fries for something else and was told no, your order is already in ( I assume because she was using a hand held ordering device). Perhaps she could have said “let me see what I can do”. Ordered an $18 chef salad with what looked liked old Oscar Myer Turkey in it as well as no hard boiled egg. Ordered two $18 Reuben sandwiches with hardly any meat. Veggie burger was tasteless and quite small and expensive. Beware of the small print at the bottom of the menu that states a 2% charge will be added to the menu unless you object to pay the kitchen staff additional amount. When we talked to the manager he was very unconcerned about the issues we had. He did however remove the charges for the items but was unapologetic and made us feel as though it was us that was the problem. And furthermore the waitress was as unhelpful as could be. Apparently she doesn’t realize that she earns tips based on her ability to serve patrons. To sum it up… the prices here are way above and beyond the quality of the food and the staff is didn’t realize they are in the service industry.

The menu was very inclusive for mostly English pub style fare. Good looking hand cut fries, Gluten free rice bowls, huge burgers and chalk board specials. Great drink choices as well. I highly recommend.

Noisy but well prepared and tasty food. Our server was quick on the order and delivery of the food but it was difficult to get coffee and hot water for tea refills . We couldn’t catch her attention yet she would walk by our table often. The restaurant bill puts an 18% tip on the electronic bill that the server brings to the table and you pay on that if using a credit card.

Stopped here for the first time recently for an early dinner/appetizers and drinks. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered poutine, nachos & 3 mixed drinks and it was a little pricey in my opinion (~$130). However, it was a nice, relaxed environment and had pretty good snacky appetizer foods.

Was just passing through on my way back down to the states and had an excellent couple of pints and a great classic meal – for which I asked the bartenders’ food recommendations and they gladly obliged. Good food (came out fresh off the grill on a Saturday night for me), good beer, good atmosphere, and solid staff made it entirety worth stopping by. Would visit again if I ever come back to the area, which I might next time I come through ME.

Came in for a late lunch with my cousin and was super happy with my salmon burger and pomegranate mocktail. Well seasoned and delicious. To nicely round it out I introduced my favorite dessert to my cousin—crème brûlée. Lovely end to a wonderful meal. Thanks for adding pleasant memories to my first trip to ME. Server was happy helpful and great! Can’t wait to come back.

Doug did a great job making sure I was well taken care of. Very attentive, engaging, entertaining, and enthusiastic waiter! The poutine was delicious! Great menu choices, with both meat and meatless options. They had a multigenerational crowd seated in the dining hall, and a respectfully lively gathering of patrons at the bar (which is partially partitioned off from the low tables). The outdoor seating is adjacent to the busy Route 1 .. hmmm … I wonder what it’s like to dine out there? Maybe I’ll check it out next time.
