I walked in and ordered food for takeout. They were busy, and it took about 30 minutes to get my food. There are not many chairs in the lobby. The food was tasty, and the serving was ample.

The food here used to be much better. It seems like some of the food is burnt or just doesn’t taste as good as I remember. I’ve had orange chicken at other places that was delicious, but here is not so good. However I commend them for remaking some of the items that seemed burnt. I was able to go and get that food fresh without charge. I would say to go to yummy yummy in the Price chopper plaza because their food is much better. But Oriental is not bad. And they are open Tuesday.. and on holidays. A lot of other Chinese restaurants are not.

The food was good. The spicy was spicy so if you expect the weak spicy you get at other restaurants, you won’t get that here and it’s a nice change for those who love the heat. The bbq spare rib sauce was very good. Must try this place. While the food is 5 star the customer service is a bit aloof. Not rude, just not super friendly. As long as they’re not rude and their food is good I’m going back. It did cost a star because good to great customer service in a customer service based business is still important whether I’llreturn for their good food or not.

I just ordered from this so call restaurant. And I am being generous with calling it a restaurant. I ordered a combination platter with pork fried rice and I have to say they spray painted the pork in the rice. Here I am still looking for a piece of pork , No vegetables just so yellow rice. I also ordered a hot and sour soup they forgot the sour but gave me plenty of hot it was not edible to say the least. On a positive note the chicken wings were delicious but how can you screw that up.
